Service lacking and needs painting in hallways and stairs.

Cons:

The bathroom tile was broken, and there were hairs left in the bathroom. The A/C was extremely loud, and the Wi-Fi was terribly slow. The freezer in the refrigerator was not working either. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. Breakfast was terrible every single day. Overall, the stay was very disappointing.

I wouldn't recommend staying here nor booking thru Booking.com. Was on hold 36 min to extend stay

Old & outdated bu fairly Clean facility

Cons:

No elevators. I'm 78 yrs old and had to carry my luggage up 17 steps to get to non smoking room. Definitely a problem for any elderly people or people w/limitations.
Hallway rugs old and torn. Smelled musty.
Front desk frequently left unattended. Even when I called in to ask questions before stay, I had to make multiple attempts to reach anyone. Even Booking.com said they had to call 4 times before anyone answered phone to address concerns on my reservation.
Breakfast same every day.

Spent the weekend at the hotel while taking my son to the zoo. It was very affordable and not too far from the attractio

The location, the pool area was probably the best area of the hotel... definitely could tell Middle Easterns owned the property bc everything in and around the hotel looked cheap and needs replaced

Cons:

Room floors were cheap vinyl that was in terrible shape, bathroom had paint peeling around the shower/tub area, the walls are very thin and guests were very loud in the hallway at a reasonable time for sleep, carpet throughout looked dirty, found 2 cockroaches in the room,

Nice pool- open til 9pm which was nice. Clean place and friendly staff

Stay for one night only, or just pick another hotel
Pros:

It was comfortable for one night, but would not stay for more than that.

Cons:

Trash, the room was trash. The floors were messed up and looked dirty, there was some kind of stain on our curtains and looked really gross, the bathroom had a like open vent and there were spider webs in the bathroom... also the pictures on the booking looked different from what the room actually looked like, in my room there was hardwood but in the pictures it was carpet. The pictures just made the room look much more clean however the room is not.I don't think I would recommend this hotel to anyone unless they want a pricey room for one night.

For the money it wasn’t worth it.
Pros:

We like that their were beds and a toilet

Cons:

The hotel needs to be updated. Refresh coat of paint. Outlet covers were missing. The bathroom had mold in it, the walls were chipping. The shampoo and conditioner were empty. The entertainment center was falling apart. And hardwood floor snagged socks. The WiFi wouldn’t work.

I’ve never stayed at a worst hotel.

Cons:

The sheets on my beds were dirty, I asked to come change them. They had one person on staff who was only there for 5 days. The flooring was peeling up, the bathroom smelled like sewage, the vent in the bathroom was coming out of the ceiling and had lots of dust on it! House keeping wouldn’t make my bed, I had to ask for clean sheets and blankets and changed the bed myself. People kept propping the back door open with rocks, which cause a safety issues for me and my family.
