I was there for 10 min saw bedbugs checked out and went to Hampton inn 3 miles down
It took us over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk for us to check in. When he came to he desk he was not in a very good mood. He was short and snapious with us. we are senior citizens and there was nothing on the web site about no elevator in the building. we were put on the top floor. We struggled with our suitcases. The hands rails are so sticking that you didn't want to use them. I will never prepay for a room again. I was to afraid to ask for a refund. The next morning we're going to breakfast and the man was overseeing it. Again his mood was not good. He did mumble the F word several times and everyone noticed. Some of the machines didn't work. We never went back for breakfast.
Halls were dirty, never once in the four days did our room get waste baskets emptied, dirty towels picked up or fresh towels delivered. I feel that we were cheated for what we paided
The staff was good. Paul was wonderful! He was available whenever he was needed. I had little contact with other staff.

The hotel needs alot of work,it was dirty, yhey didn't have towels for the swimming pool, the breakfast was horrible. Very disappointed..
Not a very place to stay
Didn’t like much of anything for breakfast was looking for a yogurt. There was none. The person working in the front desk was not friendly at all. I guess felt like it was bothering him or he didn’t want to be there.
Baymont manager is great he took care of me
We got there had to wait 20 mins and tried calling every number we could find to get checked in then was accused of smoking in the lobby when she did finally come to check us in. Told me it was a non drinking and smoking hotel

We have been staying at the property for two years when we go to Michigan on vacation we absolutely love it here !
The lady at checknin was a little rude, there is a $100 deposit that they make you pay at the desk that I was not aware of, Im sure being so close to the dispensaries they want to make sure you dont smoke in your room. The room was clean, had a slight smell of dog so I bought some febreeze to take care of that. The guy at check out was excellent.
The services we received were far more than we expected for the price we paid. The staff were very kind, and breakfast was included.

I’ve stayed here many times without issue, but this visit was unacceptable. Despite noting in my reservation that I’d arrive late, the staff member tried to cancel my booking and charge me, nearly forcing me to rebook. She took 15 minutes to come to the desk after my call and was extremely rude throughout. Very unprofessional experience.
Good other than the curtain broke and torn and didn’t close all the way- the location was back way off not in a lit area and sign not lit up well at all at night- jacuzzi jets only 2 barely at all worked not happy at all with stay

Had to wait 5 minutes for it someone to come to the front desk. No record of my prepayment could be found so I had to pay twice and fight for a refund.
The first thing was the musty smell in the room.. the floor around the hot tub was warp you could tell the tub had leak previously.. the room door was also warp you could see the light coming from the hallway and the smell of marijuana in the hall was unbelievable..I understand that the hotel was trying to go green or eco friendly the sign said that they changed the bed sheets every 3 days but we were there from Tues-Sun and never once saw house keeping until we left.. the jets for the hot tub didn’t work so we couldn’t use it..We were definitely not impressed we have stayed at other Wyndham hotels and have never disappointed us.. If we ever get back to Michigan we definitely will find a different hotel to stay.. I didn’t take pictures our suite was 115 please check it out for safety reasons (floor) especially around the hot tub Thank you
