Sehr schön und entspannt

schönes Zimmer, Doppelzimmer zur Alleinnutzung, sehr gutes Frühstück , auf Wunsch sogar Filterkaffee, reiche Auswahl, alles frisch

Ein wunderbares Wochenende in Regensburg
Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich super lieb und zuvor kommend. Die Lage vom Hotel ist TOP! Direkt in der Fußgängerzone, jedoch war kaum Lärm zu hören, also konnte man gut schlafen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Also alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das WLAN war wirklich sehr schlecht, da es bei uns im Zimmer kaum funktioniert hat, das war leider sehr schade, da nicht mal Whatsapp funktionierte...

Im Vorfeld wurde bereits sehr freundlich telefonische Auskunft erteilt. Habe sehr zuvorkommend hilfreiche Tipps zur Anreise erhalten.
Wir wurden am Anreisetag ebenfalls sehr freundlich begrüßt, Anmeldung/ Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert.
Die Lage war für unseren Wochenendtrip perfekt zentral in Bahnhofsnähe bzw. in der Nähe eines Parkhauses, direkt in einer Fußgängerzone.
Nachts war es ruhig.
Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Aufmerksames Personal füllte immer wieder alles auf und war stets zur Stelle.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Das Zimmer hat stark parfümoert gerochen- vermutlich wirden die Gardinen kurz zuvor gewaschen ( was ja grds. positiv ist)

Top-Lage, freundliches Personal, außergewöhnliches Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Nachtportier, der auf uns gewartet hat und uns direkt mit einem Glas Prosecco willkommen geheißen hat. Außerdem hat er uns bei der Parkplatzwahl geholfen und uns viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wirtshäuser empfohlen und uns diese auf dem Stadtplan eingezeichnet, dass wir uns gut zurechtfinden konnten. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich und das Personal aufmerksam und herzlich. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und funktional. Lage perfekt, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erwandern. Empfehlenswert!
