1st room had terrible odor. Pool was slimy
Location was great, lots of places to eat nearby. Bed was comfortable and AC worked very well.
Door rattles and makes you think someone is coming into your room. TV reception is fuzzy. Floor was dirty like it hadn't been mopped. No hand soap. Had to ask for an ice bucket.
The staff tried but the ownership fell short of a quality stay.
Breakfast was sad cold coffee and stale muffins no effort.
Cable TV was like watching TV with rabbit ears when asked if they had a replacement cable they said no the owners does not supply them. Rooms where old and dirty

Key cards would not work for any of the outside doors
No real breakfast everything was a microwavable item with one microwave
Food was sitting in direct sunlight so alot of it was bad (ie:fruits dairy pruloducts)
Bo one cleaned my room or restocked my toiletries which there were non when I first got my room . I had to ask for them like actual toilet paper there was none
No working fans in the room while going through a heat wave
Smoke alarm went off everytime someone took a hot shower .
Got a roll away was given no linens for it & they couldn't provide any

The bathtub was very slick, no bathtub mat.
Good location, clean.
Toilet seat loose; I tightened it; one light didn’t work, air conditioning loud blowing curtain; water container in lobby out of water; out of coffee in the breakfast area morning; plug ins for phones etc.awkward; only one washcloth for two people; no hand soap by sink.

150$ deposit for a 141.00$ room - !! The largest deposit for the lowest budget room out of 5 hotel rooms on my vacation. Tells me they have a problem at this hotel

The guy at the front desk was very helpful and always super kind.
The pool seems to be open to the public on our stay, Tho I think that is great, people were having a birthday party there and people were leaving their small children in the pool room alone. WE LOVE STAYING HERE THROUGH ALL OF OUR TRAVELS. Just wish others were respectful to the rules as well..
The Hotel has been remodeled and the homeless that have been on the hill in the back of the hotel for the past 7 years are now gone and the area is very nice.
Hotel is next to a Black Bear Diner which has awesome diner food and Starbucks is 1/2 block from the hotel and the hotel is right off the 1-5, could not be more convenient.
