Bang for your buck
Pros:

Location is great went to concert at Rolling Hills. Right up the street and half the price. With pool, good breakfast and Starbucks in parking lot.

Nice facility, noisy neighbors kept us up all night.

The pool was nice for My granddaughter and the hot tub was nice for the adults. Room: clean, updated.

Cons:

We were on the main floor. Sounds from the upstairs room kept us awake all night. It was so loud and obnoxious that our windows actually rattled and the noise level woke us up every hour. Guessing from the sound it was either a party or rambunctious kids. Did I call the front desk when the aggravation started? No, I was told no one would be at the front desk after 11 pm. The facility was great, the noise in our room was abhorrent.

We have stayed many times. This was by far the worst experience of my life
Pros:

The night desk was kind, helpful and understanding.

Cons:

Walking into our room, it was clear it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The condition was extremely concerning—the bed looked like someone had just been sleeping in it, which raised serious safety and cleanliness issues.

When we brought this to management’s attention, the response was less than apologetic. Instead of resolving the situation promptly, we were moved multiple times, which was very inconvenient and uncomfortable.

The second room we were given was also unacceptable, with visible damage including holes and broken fixtures. By the time we were placed in a third room for our second night, it still was not properly prepared—there were no pillowcases on the pillows. Housekeeping did not arrive with pillowcases and towels until hours after we had already moved in.

Additionally, the manager suggested offering quarters instead of properly addressing the issue or allowing us to escalate through Booking for compensation, which felt dismissive given the circumstances.

Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and the lack of urgency and professionalism in resolving these issues made the stay very frustrating.
