Cons:

Unfortunately I was in a room that the AC was not working and the dishwasher made noise the entire time with water in the bottom of the machine. I have stayed there the last 4 years and overall a good experience in the past

I liked everything

Cons:

What I didn't like about the hotel was the service at reception. I called several times and received no answer because I wanted to request an extra blanket. However, I went there myself and asked for another blanket if possible, and they finally brought it to me after a short while. I hope the service will be better than this!

It was fine
Pros:

I liked that the place accommodated my entire family. Having a small kitchen was very nice and convenient

Cons:

We were there for 3 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned the entire time. They came in and folded a blanket on the couch bed and left more shampoo and conditioner but didnt make the beds, clean the bathroom or leave new clean towels. It was very disappointing.

Family holiday
Pros:

This was our first time staying there and we were very pleased with everything. I especially liked that the breakfast area was separate from guest check in. The property was clean and well maintained. I also loved the fact that the indoor pool stayed open until midnight.

Cons:

We had reservations for three rooms and the room that my husband and I took did not have a balcony since it was on the back side. This was a little disappointing but would not keep us from staying here again.

Decent sized room, great pool, just don’t expect any thing beyond that.
Pros:

The property is beautiful, tucked away from the busy Pigeon forge traffic but still close to everything.

Cons:

We were not informed that housekeeping is not daily, not a huge deal if we had known at check in we could’ve asked for how to deal with trash and towels and such. This visit was for my sons birthday, we had a little celebration cake/ice cream and presents in the room and one trash can. As a family of 6 this becomes a bit gross with no attention to trash pick up.
As a larger family we appreciate a hotel that offers breakfast, it was extremely sparse, although the kids did enjoy the waffle with a bear imprint.
Upon check out we noticed that our kid forgot water bottle (and currently in heat wave) so we called the hotel, front desk said housekeeping hadn’t been by yet (totally cool we literally had left 13 minutes ago and had just arrived at Dollywood which is how we discovered misplaced water bottle). Front desk took down information and said they would call once they did the room to see if water bottle was found. We made a short day of DW as temps reached 100 with heat index of 108, haven’t heard from hotel so we called back, it was 4:05. New front desk shift says no notes left, housekeeping gone so no idea about any lost and found items as they would keep in their area not at front desk. Asked if we could just swing by and was told no one would be able to help since no housekeeping staff on property, they would leave note and call in the morning. Called this morning and no one knows anything.
