The people upstairs were very loud and I had to tell front desk about it. Stomping at 1am above us.

Pros:

The room was very clean and property was very aesthetic.. walls were clean carpet clean nice atmosphere and no cigarette odor.. kitchenette was very well needed and it was really nice. Felt safe there too the breakfast was a bonus..

Cons:

The pool Area in my opinion needed more cooling while in the area.

All in all was very satisfied with our stay
Pros:

I loved that it was very clean and house keeping came in daily. They had a great breakfast . The beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious

Cons:

I only have two complaints . One was that one of the elevators was out of order and we had to walk forever after getting off of elevator that was working to get to room the second is the pool is small so if a lot of people it gets crowded

Pros:

Beautiful sunrise, by the creek, and I loved that the windows opened. The cleaning team was always pleasant in the morning, the front desk was very helpful if I had any questions. The woman that checked us in was very nicely welcoming.

Cons:

The sun shades in the room were very easy to manage, I do wish there was a second option to block the sun if the guest needed more shade.

It was all pretty decent and worth the price of stay. I appreciate the breakfast teams efforts. The sitting area is so large I personally feel that the food/service area could be expanded...it seemed to be pushed in the corner and was cramped and daunting if there was more than 5 people trying to serve themselves. A long counter maybe versus the "u" shape.

Great place to stay when in the area.
Pros:

The location was close to the main parkway but far enough out that it is quiet and dark at night.

Cons:

They only had one elevator working at that time, minor inconvenience.

The location was very good and we did enjoy our stay. The hot tub was very nice.
Pros:

The breakfast was OK. I wish they would change it up a little bit more.

Cons:

The pool towels are way too small. You need to get bigger ones. Overall, the hotel is very nice. The beds were comfortable. The room was fine. The breakfast could be a little better. It was the same thing every day other than the meat. I wouldn’t have minded some little pastries for breakfast or donuts or something like that just to add variety. Also, some flavored coffee creamer would be nice.
