Overall, it was nice, but to overprice for the breakfast they serve and the sofa bed it' really bad.
Pros:

I liked the beds were comfortable, the cleanliness of the room and areas, the inside pool was good also the schedule for the pool.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good; the sofa bed was really bad (thank God we brought air mattress) the shampoo, conditioner and soup were limited to a really small travel size. for a stay of 6 for 3 nights and 4 days and the price paid they can do better.

All in all my family and I enjoyed our time at the hotel. We would recommend it.
Pros:

The location was great. The hotel had a great vibe. The pools were good. I like that we had a kitchen in the room. Breakfast was ok. The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The only thing to complain about breakfast was the eggs. They were terrible. There is only 1 elevator that is located near the lobby. The second elevator was located all the way down a hallway. The air conditioner in our room was located in a bad location.

Clean and well maintained, liked “kitchen area” in room.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great. Had to wait a long time to use waffle maker- need to add a couple more. Include some sweet pastries.

Clean, friendly staff, great location

Cons:

Room was very hot even with the air turned way down, making it hard to get comfortable. Our room also had a very bad smell when we arrived as well as neighboring rooms smoking marijuana that was blowing through the vents.

Decent, but would have chosen a different place had I know more about this property.

Location, price, indoor outdoor pools

Cons:

Tub didn’t drain well, the separate room relies on a fan to pull air into it which is inefficient. The main room freezes and the separate room stays hot.

It was pleasant, affordable, and convenient, and I will check this location for future stays.
Pros:

Check-in was easy. The staff was pleasant. The place was extremely clean. The pools were nice. The breakfast and dining area was better than average with an overflow seating section for the times when breakfast dining was crowded. We travel to this location once to twice a year for the last 15 years or more. Some stays are in cabins and some are in hotels. I would say this stay ranks in the top two hotel stays I have had in Pigeon Forge.

Cons:

There is really nothing during the stay that is worth mentioning in this dislike section.

This hotel charged me not once but twice on top of the fact I already paid booking.com for it . I was over charged $450 and still have not been given a solution. I would never stay here again- and may not use booking.com again becwuee or it
