There was no breakfast and you had to rent any kitchen necesities.....strong odor throughout the property and not clean
It is in disrepair and you have ti pay extra for what should be normally included...like a coffee maker and dishes

I loved the fact of having a kitchen to cook meals and a laundry room to do laundry.
The staff! There were 1/2 that never gave a problem, but there were one who seemed like she didn't like her job. There were also one who didn't know how to find your booking and always tried to make you pay twice even after showing her your receipt and booking confirmation.

How clean the entrance to the hotel
Roaches in the room, outdated furniture, furniture falling apart, mold in toilets, hallway smell like mold, room smell like mold, spider webs in room, spider web in the stair ways just was very disappointed
The only decent thing was the location and some of the staff
It was dirty and things were very well used, stained and chipping. I felt like I was staying at a drug addict's apartment.

I had to double pay because I paid thru booking.com then I get there it doesn’t show so I had to pay 2 times for 1 room and I don’t like that
They kept my money, never refunded my money, and I never stood in the room because the smell of mold in the hallway and I have asthma
The stay was great and the staff, especially Cora, are amazing and so incredibly welcoming!
Location is nice and very quiet.
It was clean and quick check in
no breakfast in which they were supposed to have grab and go breakfast but they had nothing. Not even coffee. No blow dryer either.

Well, I booked for the free breakfast and then I thought it had a pool so once we get there realize this is a hotel that hold homeless people who have nowhere to go so because of them and their junk people who like me on vacation they wanted Money to wash the towels and washcloths and everything every day and then we also booked it for the kitchen, which had nothing stocked. They wanted you to rent that stuff which none of this is listed on this site. It should not be flagged on free breakfast and all these parts when none of that is available the site needs to be updated as far as this hotel. Horrible experience messed up my whole vacation.
