Just okay...
Pros:

Check in - didn't recognize Marriott status.
Pool - ice cold. Pictures misleading, no basketball hoop in pool. Kids were disappointed
Hot tub - Not working, again no notice on website
Room - Satisfactory, clean, typical Suite at this property type
Breakfast - A better continental than most, but nothing to swing a stay
Location - Weird spot, but right off the freeway. Nothing close to walk to.

I don’t recommend staying here, the price surely didn’t fit what I expected…

We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves.

Cons:

It was filthy in our room. Dog hair everywhere. I’m allergic to pet dander so it was not good until I took a Benadryl and went to sleep. The sofa smelled like old musty wet clothes or something. It was pretty gruesome. The bathroom had some pubic hair in the corners of the floor between the toilet and tub. The bed felt like it may have been busted…

Pros:

Was an amazing property! Will definitely be back next time we are in SD! Only things that were ehh on was the TV didn’t work very well.. and the pool area was uncomfortably hot! Other than that super amazing hotel!

Pros:

The room was a bit smaller than expected but still a good size. Kitchen area was nice. Comfortable bed and sound proof room. Location was a bit far from downtown but drivable. We were there just 2 night but our room was never cleaned. good thing we hung up our main towels as the ones on the floor were never replaced during our stay. They did had separate towels in the pool area

We can thank you all enough for going above and beyond to accommodate our family move from Charleston,Sc to Joint Base Lewis McCord in Washington State!
We are grateful for the early check in after our 13 hour drive!
You offered to help unload our belongings and get our dogs situated.🐶🐾🐾🥰
You also told us we would have breakfast available for our 2:00 am departure and you sure did!!!
Mr Mike you absolutely made our experience a 10+
Thank you for personally cooking and making fresh coffee for us…
I have never been to a hotel where I was treated like royalty …..

Nice on the outside but don’t be fooled.
Pros:

The lobby of the hotel was nice and they had several free Tesla chargers. However, I discovered there was a $75 per pet charge which is outrageous! We got to the room and the AC was off so it was like 85 inside and didn’t get cool until 2am. The furniture in the room was dirty. To the point we wouldn’t sit on it. Essentially I overpaid for a crappy motel. We won’t stay here ever again.
