Excelente opción
Pros:

Excelente atención de la recepción, muy buen tamaño de la habitación y la limpieza estuvo muy bien todos los dias pasaban a dejarnos toallas limpias y muy amable el personal de limpieza. En unos 15-20 min ya estas en el centro de houston. Parking gratis!

Pros:

The rooms were clean with a modern style. Cozy and comfortable environment. I travel for work and this was perfect for when I had to do a little bit of remote work, had a table big enough to sit down and work at.

Very poor. I would choose a cheap motel before ever returning to this facility.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

The room I was assigned to (310) had recently flooded and no one told me about it before hand. The room had a terrible, moldy smell that was very strong. The wood floors were separating because of the flooded area. The room was not very clean or hygienic at all.

I would not stay here again
Pros:

I like that the hotel was close to everything and the freeway

Cons:

The room and bathroom wasn't clean well, there was a foul smell as soon as you walk into the hotel. The hallways reeked, elevator floor was dirty. My door didn't lock properly which made me feel unsafe, we used chairs to put behind the door to keep from someone coming into our room. There was salt in the kitchen sink. I wasn't refunded back my deposit, front desk wasn't helpful at all. Front desk acted like my deposit was refunded but it wasn't. Told me call back when Bob the manager was there, I called back and he told me Bob went to pick up his kids. Phone had stains on it, there was a stain on the couch. Only one face towel was placed in the bathroom. Tissue was leftover from the previous guest, we did not have a full roll. I bought my own tissue from walmart to use. House keeping didn't make my bed. Sheets were dingy. I only stayed here after previosuly having two airbnbs cancelled twice in one day. A sign not to stay here was when we pulled in and saw a mattress to the window but we still decided to stay anyway. Save your money and pinch in another $100 and stay somewhere better.

Smell like a sewage
Pros:

I checked out of the hotel on 8/3125. That’s why I asked for an invoice so I can have the time I left. I work as an investigator and I work around each city/ state. When I learned that it was guys and female in and out washing their clothes and distributing the others I immediately told them everyone has to go. So when I asked her where she was staying I was informed that she is still there. I asked now Antoinette how is that possible and I wasn’t there.? She said Bob remembered I her with me during check-in. I’m very disappointed after I said I Eve n kept my name onlyand no one else. The guy then said why should BOB have to call me. So I will like to file a complaint.
