There were too many small flies in the room which caused a major discomfort
Room was just clean enough.
The toilet seat was loose. Hazard for mature guests. The carpet in front of the elevator was torn, another hazard for mature guests.
The bath tub spiggot was turned to the side.
The ultimate insult was no coffee in the lobby, one packet of decaf in the room, and when the front desk was asked, I was given two small packets that didn't work with the coffee maker in the room.
Hands-down, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at in Houston the staff is very friendly very nice. The night auditor is amazing. He is truly a fantastic service individual.
The rooms are clean. The housekeeping is fantastic. Honestly, I’ll be staying here every time. I’m in Houston.

Very old looking and appliances are old and damaged looking
Rooms are very small and had to change rooms 2x because restrooms were dirty
fans had spiderwebs and sofas were old and had a smell the smell was in general
We only slept a few hours as soon as possible we left the room even though we had room for another day
The property looks dirty and cheap. The room didnt have everything that it was suppose to have.

Good hotel for an extended stay. Good value for money when you only do one night (assuming they are slow).
Saw spider on my pillow , poop on curtains and overall sheets were dirty. And toilet was not flushing and clogged and running. Still waiting on the refund they promised to give me and still haven’t sent it to us.

Will be staying here again. Great value for money, helpful staff, clean. Bed was super comfortable, superior linens. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. TV was nice with good channel selection. Great restaurants you can walk to without issues. Highly recommend.
