Location to the hospital.

I feel like I was ripped off on the pricing. I saw the same room (on the same site that I used) when I was staying there for half the cost. The couch in the living room was torn, the TV did not work, there was a hole in the bedroom door, the entry door was so tight that you could hardly get it open or closed, and very little linens. When I ask for extra linens the man at the desk said he didn't have many, found me a towel and wash cloth. Would not recommend this location. Very run down.

I didn't like being told 3xs between 1030 am and 1045 am about the check out. I was already packing up when they knocked the first time.

Cons:

Roaches all over the sink and counter when I first showed up. Room was dirty and dusty, door wouldn’t shut all the way or lock. Front desk personnel was laughing about not being able to give me a refund… awful and dirty people

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was terrible. Upon check in i was informed the hotel was over booked and did not receive the room i was supposed to have. The room was dirty and damaged, did not feel comfortable at all.

Great Customer Service, Dog Friendly
Pros:

The staff made my kids feel welcome and were great about our dog being with us. The hotel has a doggy potty area complete with complimentary poop bags.

The pull out sofa bed couldn't be used as a bed because the support had been snapped
