I didn't like being told 3xs between 1030 am and 1045 am about the check out. I was already packing up when they knocked the first time.

Housekeeping can do a better job cleaning the rooms

Cons:

Roaches all over the sink and counter when I first showed up. Room was dirty and dusty, door wouldn’t shut all the way or lock. Front desk personnel was laughing about not being able to give me a refund… awful and dirty people

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was terrible. Upon check in i was informed the hotel was over booked and did not receive the room i was supposed to have. The room was dirty and damaged, did not feel comfortable at all.

Great Customer Service, Dog Friendly
Pros:

The staff made my kids feel welcome and were great about our dog being with us. The hotel has a doggy potty area complete with complimentary poop bags.

Cons:

The pull out sofa bed couldn't be used as a bed because the support had been snapped

over all it was ok. If in the area I will use it again.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast could have been a little better ( more of a selection) and the use of bowels for hot cereal. The room size was nice.

Cons:

The TV in the living area did not work. The shower curtain was to short for the tub, it let water run all over the floor. This made it a slipping factor.

It was very outdated. The pictures on the website upsold what the rooms really looked like. Smell of weed when you walk into the office.
