Not all Extended Stays are equal
Pros:

Location and staff

Cons:

Everything else. The rooms were poorly maintained,there were roach carcasses and droppings in the drawers and under the furniture. Dry blood on the window and couch. Paint bits off the walls.

Do not go here, it’s not worth the time and money

I did not like the property

Cons:

When we got our room we had to change it because the security latch was broken in half and inoperable and the hardwood wasn’t clean. We got our new room after the manager went to check that it was good and when we went in, the latch was still broken but not in half so it did work and right in the entry way there was a dead roach.

The staff randomly asked what room we were staying in early in the morning. Then later the manager was at the elevator door as it opened and we kissed as we were getting out and he said “none off that in the elevator” I thought he was joking BUT!!! LATER! at around 6PM he came to our room and told us that multiple people said that we were having full on intercourse in the PUBLIC pool the night before and the we could not extend our stay. We said we absolutely did not have any intercourse in the pool and that they are telling us this based off of false allegations and here say. He said that we are also telling him here say. My partner asked if we could speak to manager above him and he said that he might give us a DNR if he sends it up to the District Manager. There were 2 people sitting and watching us in the pool that night and there were multiple guests that walked by the pool including a couple that spoke to us and laughed with us while we were swimming in the pool.

I’m highly unsatisfied with this location, we checked out early that night and went to Red Roof Inn next door

Cons:

Hotel room pocket door was broken and never got repaired, room was smaller than specified, Bed was old and uncomfortable!

location was a plus , near I 10.Easy to get to.

The room was dirty in the kitchen The ice maker didn't have a tray to catch the ice. The kitchen floor was dirty water on the floor from not having an ice tray. Living room floorwas dirty
turned off the ice maker. No cart at all to take your clothes to the second floor.Breakfast was bullshit! Only muffin and oatmeal packs. They did have coffee that's it! Breakfast should have waffles,eggs, cereal,milk orange and apple juice.ect. None of that! I should have gotten a partial refund! like 50 percent.

Was very disappointed with everything, there’s nothing good to say about it!
Pros:

Nothing! There were suspicious people outside and inside, not a good look at all!

Cons:

Suspicious people on the property. The room was supposed to be no smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. Plumbing was terrible!
