This location was clean and the night staff was super nice . It was located in a safe area right off the freeway. Bass pro and the Phoenix zoo were only 17 minutes away .we got the 2 queen bed suite and it had alot of room for our toddler to play .
They changed the room without staying. I'm trying to check in around 11 pm. They told me that my room shows in the system "no show"
The receptionist couldn't help me
The only good thing about the property was that the staff was friendly enough and it wasn’t too far from the airport.
Everything. It was dirty, outdated… the room smelled badly of cigarettes. The window didn’t close so there was a large gap that let lots of bugs in. Every time I turned the lights on at night I could see cockroaches crawling. There was no breakfast left by the time I got down at 9am. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was told if get a partial refund because my window didn’t close, but have yet to receive anything. A truly disappointing experience. This property needs to shut down.

Other than that overall bad rating, the rooms/bathrooms were disgusting upon arrival and bedding/towels looked used. The smell alone throughout the lobby, hallways, and especially the room is enough to turn away customers, as they state it’s a none smoking hotel but every morning it smells like cigarettes being lit from everyone’s rooms. And to top that all off cockroaches were spotted throughout the stay and the man at the front desk seemed like he hears this everyday considering there was no reaction. Absolutely disgusting and the pictures were so misleading, the only good thing about the stay was the staff other than that I’d recommend not to stay here unless absolutely needed!!!!! Also breakfast should not be listed on their site sooo misleading, very stingy with one item per person like wow I’m sooo full…. 0 star rating.

Window did not shut and there wasn’t a window screen to prevent mosquitoes from coming in
The carpet , according to the front guy receptionist, was recently shampooed and was wet and smelly
The toilet seat was broken
The bathroom sink was clogged and took awhile for water to go down
And a roach crawled in the bathroom while I was in bathroom! That is when we decided to let the front desk know that we were checking out, which would have been 5 hours after we checked in. The receptionist said he understood and would refund our money however, unsure if that’s gonna happen. Money has not been refunded as of yet.
Staff was polite.
Room had left over socks and hair in drawers. Freezer had previous stays opened ice cream . There was no towels or toiletries. We were not made aware that after a certain time there is no front desk employee, I ordered Uber eats and the delivery guy told me I had to come down and open the lobby door due to it being locked. Once I came downstairs front desk area had a medal closing that was locked 🔒 and the lobby was locked.
