Cons:

Alerta de possible estafa: no retornen el dipòsit que et requereixen durant el check-in. Setmanes després de l’estada i després de diverses reclamacions a l’establiment, ni m’han retornat el dipòsit ni han contestat cap dels meus missatges.

Les instal·lacions estan en pèssim estat, les cuines de les habitacions no tenen ni un sol utensili ni estri de cuina, i són per tant inservibles. Els passadissos fan olor d’orina. Brut en general. Personal poc atent

Didn't get to stay, they overbooked and gave my room away
Pros:

I had a reservation about 3-4 weeks in advance and when I arrived to check in, I was told they don't have a room available for me and they are overbooked. The lady (Katie( was very nice but l had to spend an hour on the phone with booking.com to find someplace else to stay

Good enough for travelers looking for an affordable room.
Pros:

It was decent price for location. Adequately clean. Lighting and facilities could be a little brighter.

Cons:

They over booked the hotel. Upon arrival they said, good luck "you're the last person, we are turning people away." They said the online platforms overbook, and there was a room shortage. If I had traveled all that way with no way to get a room, I would be very unhappy.

Extended Stay failed to honor previous financial agreement - canceling our reservation @ 4:30pm
Pros:

Extended Stay canceled our reservations on Friday, August 14th @ 4:36pm - as we were driving to the hotel? Extended Stay Employee advised not legal required to honor Booking.com financial agreements. This needs to be reported to NY Consumer Affairs in formal investigation. Hampton Inn Suites advise this is not regular, but more common than expected business practice on Studio 6 Extended Stay.

Cons:

Unprofessionalism of Extended Stay Staff advising of cancelation on day of reservation - and not previous day prior causing extra financial lose in securing room at another area hotel.

Pros:

The location was centralized to all things, which made food delivery primo!

Cons:

Requested rooms close together and they put us on different floors. The smells of cigarettes and marijuana along with burnt grease

The hotel charged an unexpected $10 per night for room cleaning. They also took a$70 deposit to cover damage. The receipt did not state the $70 was refundable. The room had a small kitchenette but there were no dishes, cutlery, pots/pans. The place was DISMAL.
