Staff was very friendly
There was a meth needle behind the night stand, glasses, sock, charger block, press on nails all left the room that was assigned to us.
The area was good, everything I needed or wanted to do was within distance.
Protocol regarding room service wasn't really aware that I wasn't able to get linens change until after check out but was staying for more than a week
The staff was friendly, it was clean and rooms were spacious.
They didn’t have any decent things to eat for free breakfast.
The night front desk lady was very sweet & nice.
I got a call from the hotel after my booking that 2 of the reserved rooms need to be paid even though I chose “pay at the property”. I was reserving for my friends who were traveling from other country and for the convenience, I chose that form of payment as I was not going to pay for their stay (just reserving rooms). I later found out regardless of my choice of “pay at the property”, they run my cc for other rooms. (I got that refunded when my friend checked in.)
I also got 2 x 2 queen beds room but they only had 1 left but we got charged for the 2 x 2 queen beds room fee anyway. I plan on calling to refund the difference for my friends since they couldn’t refund me the difference because manager was not on site to do so when they checked out. Everything I experienced weren’t professional except the night front desk lady who did her best to help. Felt bad for her.
Great location, easy to find
There was a dog that barked non stop. Very sketchy residents, almost like a homeless shelter.
The price and the location
Not enough options for breakfast. Coffee wasnt available 24 hours
Not much variety
Right around everything close to Zona Rosa, and pretty quiet
Didn’t really dislike anything about the property
No or very minimal breakfast, but with stovetop & full fridge you can bring your own. Staff very friendly. Clean facility
Property was not clean
Good

Loved being able to have a fully functional kitchen so my kiddos weren’t always eating fast food I was able to cook just like if we were home.
Unfortunately some of the staff made it very clear they didn’t like my Autistic child being there and made us feel bad about things we just can’t change or control because unfortunately it just comes with her disability. In my 10 years as a special needs parent I’ve never felt so discriminated against. Sadly it was the manager who was the cruelest to us about our kid with Autism. She did nothing but talk badly and threaten to kick us out of the hotel for every little thing that my kiddo on the spectrum did that is completely out of her control and just part of her disability. We bent over backwards trying to satisfy this staff member so she would want us there and not continue to embarrass us by all the cruel things she had to say about the things my daughter did that she didn’t like simply because she didn’t care to try and understand her disability. It’s unfortunate that she’s who is representing your hotel because she’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. I spent a lot of money at this hotel we were between houses at the moment after a fire so I’m disappointed that this is how she treats customers who keep coming back and always pay. She could definitely use some extra training on how serious of a deal it is to discriminate against someone simply because of their disability.
Breakfast needs to be better that was the only thing it was only muffins and coffee
The breakfast was the only lack in service.
En.\nJoy , the quiet , the front of the staff and a very clean place
I can't say that I didn't like anything.Everything was enjoyable and relaxing
