Very large size room in the annex with views of the runways. Quiet during the night time hours. The free shuttle buses were convenient to Narita airport and shopping center.
Free shuttle service to hotel. Very quick check in, given the numbers & they obviously have the aiport hotel turn around sorted. We managed a nice meal, bought a small thing of milk for morning tea & all was well. Check out equally easy & bags loaded on the shuttle bus back to our outbound flight. Seemless.
My only recommendation would be to invest in some decent pillows because those were awful. Either too hard to sleep on or cheap collapsing frame pillows.

Good comfortable hotel close the airport. Free and frequent shuttle between the hotel and the airport. Several dining options in the hotel make it very convenient.

Great cost value ratio: free shuttle bus to the hotel, by Japanese standard you get really spacious room and breakfast is fantastic. If you get a morning flight, this is good place to stay overnight.
