Muito boa, gosto no geral
Pros:

Facilidade de locomocao, excelente transfer, rapidez de atendimento em reclamação, ja estive anteriormente em quarto melhor, adorei o café da manha, o Lawson e do restaurante

Pros:

Breakfast buffet and location were the best. Check-in staff was very helpful in arranging a tub transfer chair to assist me with the high soaker tub.

We needed to transfer from Haneda to Narita and rather than try to do that in one day and miss the flight home, we came in a day early and took the inter-airport shuttle and stayed overnight. Check in was very easy and the Breakfast buffet was amazing. The gardens were lovely.

Cons:

The room itself, although large and comfortable, is tired and shows years of wear & tear. Windows are drafty. The worn condition of the bathroom didn't make it feel clean even though it seemed to be. The toilet is an older model and had a stale odour, even though it looked clean as well. If the room was as nicely renovated as the lobby and restaurant it would have been a 10/10.
