Great hotel for airport layovers!!
Pros:

Stayed her on our layover to Bali. Service was great and we were blown away by the hospitality! Kind, friendly people!! We only stayed there for a night and appreciate the level of detail in our room to include an additional bed for our son. The shuttle provided to the mall and airport is an added bonus! We ventured out to the station (downtown) for dinner and to take in the sights. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered many options to include western style and local Japanese cuisine. Everything was delicious and plentiful! The room itself was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Narita. Thank you all for making our brief stay in Japan memorable!

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, reibungsloser Check-in, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Kostenfreier Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen, reichhaltiges und großes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Haare von vorherigen Gästen im Badezimmer, sonst sauber.

Exactly what an airport hotel should be
Pros:

Close to Narita, big room, with a good in-hotel Combini (Lawson). Coming off a long international flight, this was exactly the sort of place I needed to relax and recover my energy before continuing on to my next leg.

Pros:

Cerca del aeropuerto con traslado gratuito desde el aeropuerto/hotel/aeropuerto. Buenas elección si tienes que pasar una noche porque tú vuelo salga muy pronto al día siguiente. Habitación triple grande, con 3 camas grandes cómodas

Cons:

Se nota que es hotel de paso ya que la habitación en la que ntuvimos tenía el mobiliario muy desgastado

Simple and Clean
Pros:

I arrived at Narita Airport and followed their website’s instructions to find the hotel shuttle. Their timetable was also clear when I referenced it. It was a short, less than ten minute ride to the hotel. The staff were attentive and spoke English.
I chose non-smoking, so the room itself was clean and didn’t smell of smoke. They provided slippers and a toothbrush, toothpaste, a hair tie, etc. I only stayed one night to rest so I didn’t get to try their other offerings.
I did get the breakfast ticket, and there was a good selection of western and Japanese items. It was all you can eat self-serve. You get a laminated sign to show you occupy a seat and flip it over when you’re finished. This indicates to the staff when to take your items. From my window I could see a Sukiya you could walk to if you didn’t want to eat at the hotel restaurant.
Overall, I recommend to stay here before or after your flight.

I've stayed a few times here and am happy with the location and service.
Pros:

The daily shuttle to the airport is a big plus.
Good timing as well and 2 x in an hour is very generous.

Perfect for an overnight stay
Pros:

Nice amenities including pajamas, slippers, single-use toiletries, and a full-sized bathtub. Shuttle bus running every 30 mins in the morning, taking only 5-mins to reach Terminal 2.

Staff provided excellent service.

24-hour Lawson conveniently located on the first floor, stocked with a wide variety of food and souvenir options (including luggage!).

Wonderful buffet breakfast with Japanese and Western cuisine.

Cons:

TV didn’t work except to display hotel information. Kinda dated, wallpaper in the hallway of my floor was scratched and peeling.

מלון מעולה ללילה לפני טיסה חזרה הביתה או לשהות בו כשנוחתים ביפן אחרי טיסה ארוכה , יש שאטלים מסודרים מנמל התעופה למלון כ 8 דקות נסיעה, צוות אדיב יש lawson במלון . ממליץ בחום!
