Pros:

Close to the airport, they offer free shuttles going to and from Narita. With schedules as early as 4:30am. They also offer buses to the JR narita station if you want to explore the area. Restaurants onsite as well as a konbini open 24 hrs.

Cons:

Minor, but Wish there was an option to get food/ room service for people checking in late. Their restaurants close by 9pm. And their konbini doesn’t have food left that late except for instant cup ramen etc
