Pros:

Location is perfect, particularly with the cold weather. You don’t have to walk far from the station

Cons:

All the facilities in the hotel you have to pay on top of your rate which makes to stay in the hotel is quite boring. It is very unusual in Japan that you need to pay extra to be able to use the gym etc. Also the breakfast price for the hotel guests are not friendly at all.

A Bit of Old but Great Location
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is located at a great location for whose who love shopping - very close to an outlet mall on foot and just a few train stations away for a normal shopping mall (you could even reach the mall about 30 mins on foot). On top of that, the Disney Resort is just a few stations away.
Also, I recommend the cafe on the of the hotel, where you can enjoy the great ocean view and tasty sweets.
Slightly aged but recommend this hotel in the area.
