快適でした
Pros:

清潔感がありスタッフの方々も笑顔で親切でした
チェックアウトも12時でしたのでゆっくり出来ました

カーテンを開けたら隣のビルでずっと閉めっぱなしでした

The room was clean and spacious

Cons:

The hotel is advertised as kid friendly, the reason for our stay. The kids room was closed and the outdoor pool was adults only (booking.com only mentioned the indoor pool was adults only). The “kids pool” was cold and extremely small and shallow. Also 5000 yen for the pool per adult 3000 for children, the chairs by the pool vary in price 1000-4000 yen. For context, a luxury gym in Tokyo cost 6000 yen a month.
This isn’t a cheap hotel, but charges for every little thing like a budget hotel. Won’t be staying again.

Duży hotel koło outletów
Pros:

Bardzo duży hotel w sąsiedztwie outletów. Z lotniska Narrita jest bezpośredni autobus, który zatrzymuje się pod wejściem do hotelu i jedzie około 35 min -super. Nie mieliśmy śniadań i byliśmy tylko 2 noce w przesiadce z Wietnamu do Warszawy. Głownie czas spędziliśmy na zakupach i na odpoczynku przed dalszą podróżą

Cons:

Niestety dostaliśmy pokój dla palących - chyba całe piętro takie było. Hotel w centrum Chiba - gdzie jest dużo betonu, ulic i budynków, ale parki też są. mała łazienka i mały pokój.

Pros:

幕張メッセで仕事だったので目の前なのは非常に助かった。近くに飲食店もあり駅から近くて立地は最高でした。

Cons:

建物自体が古いので部屋の雰囲気もそこそこで古臭さが目立った。朝食で30分以上並んだのは仕事前ギリギリになってしまったのでかなり焦った。翌日は対策を考えて２箇所で展開してくれましたが。ジムやプールが宿泊客も有料で、3000円以上かかるのは驚いた。朝食が10時になった途端にいきなりブッフェコーナーの扉を閉めて慌ただしく片付けする様子も少々驚きました（他のホテルでは終了前に声掛けしてくださるところが多かったので）

宽敞舒适，超越期待
Pros:

位置很靠近幕张messe，去参观展览非常方便。也很靠近电车站。
值得一提的是，同等的价格，房间面积非常非常宽敞舒适！
惊喜的是还能遇上了花火大会，景观很棒！

Cons:

美中不足可能是附近距离便利店有一定的距离吧~不是很方便
