きれい、丁寧な対応。さすがのニューオオタニ
Pros:

きれい。スタッフの方が、親切丁寧。14階の和食がよかった！と、久しぶりに福岡に来てくれた家族が言っていた。兄弟の家族も来ていて、2部屋、違うプランだったが、隣部屋にしてくれて、じぃじ、ばぁばが喜んでいた。

Cons:

贅沢かもしれないが、食事内容が日によってもうちょっと違うのがあるとうれしい。
