Great for family.
Pros:

It’s accessible, the space and the warm hospitality of the staff.

Cons:

Nothing much. We were comfortable. Their default pillows are hard but we requested for a soft one fluffy one and it was provided easily.

スタッフの皆さんの対応が素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

建物の老朽化が否めない。室内冷蔵庫を使おうとしたら、取っ手が取れていて【取っ手がなくて】開けるのに苦労しました。あと、鏡横ライトのつけ方が分からなかったです💦

駅近で便利！
Pros:

フロントの方も入口で対応してくれた女性のスタッフの方も凄く感じ良かったです。特に入口で対応してくださった、おそらく外国人の女性スタッフの方、凄く感じよかったです。ありがとうございます😊
あと、１階のレストランのパンを朝買いました。値段はまぁ、安くはなかったですが、どれもすごくおいしかったです。

駅近の便利な老舗ホテル

アメニティが充実，部屋も清潔であった。また，朝食の和食はお得感があった。

Cons:

古いホテルであったため、客室のドアはカードキーではなく従来型の鍵が使われていた。家族3人で滞在していたにもかかわらず、渡された鍵は1本のみで、誰かが外出するたびに室内から解錠しなければならず、不便に感じた。さらにコンシェルジュが常駐していなかったため、夕食の店についてはベルスタッフに尋ねる必要があったが、案内は十分に的確とは言えず、その点も残念であった。

到門口、前台及放行李，都有足夠的服務人員協助，可以感受到對客人的重視，
地點佳，離地鐵步行不到50公尺，附近不到50公尺也有超市及便利商店，
有提供2種枕頭，軟枕及較硬，算是滿貼心的服務。
下次到福岡，會以這家飯點為首選。
