やっぱりニューオオタニにしてよかった
Pros:

かなり久しぶり、二度目の福岡旅行でしたが、前回よい思い出があるこちらにして正解でした。
部屋の広さは充分。毎日お水を2本いただけました。
ホテルのシャンプーを利用。ドライヤーはパナ社。髪がつやつやふわふわの手触りになった。
朝食は期待通り。楽しみにしていたオムレツのほか、ごはん系のバリエーションが豊富でパンも美味しかった。
渡辺通りの地下鉄入り口もすぐ近く。天神までも歩ける距離で太宰府や福岡空港へのアクセスもよかったです。
スタッフと会わないホテルもたまにはよいですが、ホテルスタッフの気遣いに触れられるのはよい思い出になりますね。いつかまた利用したいです。

A very good hotel value for money.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The staff is very friend. The room is big.

Cons:

It’s a lovely hotel and the room itself is very well-appointed and comfortable. Unfortunately, the pillows are quite flat and not very supportive, which detracts from the overall comfort of the stay. It would be wonderful if the hotel could offer a pillow selection menu, as that would greatly enhance the guest experience.

施設は新しいのに運営が雑なところがたくさんある中、施設が多少古くても心配りだけで安心を提供してくれる。そういうところです。
Pros:

いつも使わせていただいておりますが、施設は古びているものの、スタッフのきめ細やかな配慮や小さいところでのサポートが一流だと思います。中国人のスタッフの方々が多いのも国際理解、協調性あふれるNew Otaniさんの理念ならではの人事なのではないでしょうか。（私は純日本人ですが常に色々な国にいるため余計にそう感じます）

Cons:

些細なことですが加湿清浄機が不調で加湿できなかったのがやや心残りです。建物全体としては建て替えるには相当な費用も期間もかかるから理解できますが、ちょっとした設備であれば適宜メンテナンス可能だと思います。設備管理係がいるといいかもしれません。

リピートはないかと思う

フロントスタッフの方は皆さん丁寧な対応で気持ちの良い接客でした。

Cons:

清掃が行き届いていない点が多々感じられた。清掃スタッフの方はもれなく外国の方だったが、挨拶できない方が大変多く感じた。これまで沢山のホテルに宿泊したが、清掃スタッフの方(外国の方)も愛想良く会うと直ぐに挨拶してくれた方が多かったので残念だった。
