立地が目的地に近く本当によかったです。
周りにお店が色んなあって楽でした。

子どもが寝たので抱っこしながら、チェックインしたのですが、その際、抱っこしながら書く作業が本当に大変でした。フロントの方は、何もそれについて触れずに、急ぎもせず、ホテルで初めての接客態度でした。でも素泊まりだったし、安く泊まれてると思うので、仕方がないのかな？とも感じました。それだけの接客を求めるならば、それなりの値段のお部屋であったりサービスを予約しておかなければならないんだなと。そういう問題なのかなとも感じたので、認識を変えようと思ったきっかけにはなりました。

안정적이지 않은 구조의 호텔

위치는 환상적입니다. 대형 마트가 근처에 3개나 있고, 쇼핑을 하러가거나 차편으로 이동을 하는 데에도 정말 편리했습니다.
호흡기가 약한데 마루바닥인 점도 좋았습니다. 쇼파가 따로 있어서 휴식을 취하기에 좋습니다.
침대가 새거여서 정말 편안했습니다. 미리 요청 사항을 보낸 것도 전부 반영해주었습니다. 리셉션이 친절합니다.
객실 안에 스팀 다리미가 있습니다.

객실이 말도 안되게 좁고, 방안에서 이동하기가 불편한 구조 입니다. 침대와 TV 사이를 지나 다녀야 하는데 계속 침대에 부딪히거나 TV에 옷이 걸렸습니다. 냉장고가 제대로 작동하지 않고 심각하게 작습니다. 욕실에 의자가 없어서 서서 씻어야 하는데 상당히 불편했습니다. 욕실 제품도 좋다는 인상은 받지 못했습니다.
화장실이 분리되어 있는 점은 좋았는데 지나다니는 통로가 심각하게 불편했습니다. 객실에 우산이 따로 없습니다.
리뉴얼을 했는데도 오래된 호텔처럼 커피머신 대신에 인스턴트 커피 스틱이 있습니다.
조식은 정말 형편 없었습니다. 일본 전지역에 호텔을 다녀봤지만 이 가격에 이런 퀄리티의 조식은 처음입니다. 과일은 작은 조각을 내서 겉면이 말라 있었고, 밥과 된장국, 초미니 쌀국수, 몇가지의 요리 등이 있는데 가짓수도 현저히 적은데 대부분은 식어있거나 빈 채로 오래 있었습니다. 빵 종류도 적고, 가지수도 적습니다. 디저트 코너는 없습니다. 금액을 추가해서 조식 포함으로 예약 했는데 이번 여행의 가장 큰 실수 였습니다. 유일하게 커피만 맛있었습니다.

Was a great and comfortable stay for one night passing through Kobe.
Pros:

Convenient parking within premise. Room was a good size to fit our family of 4 comfortably. Good layout of separate toilet and shower so family could make use of time and space efficiently. Kind and helpful reception.
