Dodałam fragment o kolacji i całość lekko wygładziłam:

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Jedynym minusem był niezbyt atrakcyjny widok z pokoju na boczny parking personelu, ale to moja wina, ponieważ rezerwowałam pobyt tego samego dnia, w którym przyjechaliśmy, i był to chyba ostatni dostępny pokój.

Personel zorganizował cudowne 6. urodziny mojej córki. Zamówiłam jedynie tort, a obsługa przygotowała całą piękną aranżację - dekoracje, prezenty dla dzieci oraz wyjątkową urodzinową atmosferę. Była również piosenka, co sprawiło córce ogromną radość. Dziękuję za to, że moja córka mogła poczuć się ważna i że ten dzień stał się dla niej naprawdę wyjątkowy.

Mam również wrażenie, że przy okazji urodzin córki został zorganizowany specjalny kącik dla dzieci, w którym wszystkie dzieci z hotelu mogły robić sobie tatuaże, makijaże oraz prace plastyczne. To było bardzo miłe i pokazywało, jak bardzo personel dba o najmłodszych gości.

Bardzo podobało mi się także to, że podczas śniadania można było zamówić dodatkowe rzeczy poza bufetem, szczególnie świeżo wyciskane soki, choć nie jestem do końca pewna, czy były w 100% wyciskane. Personel był bardzo miły, pomocny i zaangażowany na każdym szczeblu - od pana ze sklepiku na plaży, przez obsługę restauracji, recepcję, aż po barmanów.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje również zorganizowana kolacja z muzyką, pysznym jedzeniem i świetną obsługą. Czuliśmy się tam naprawdę dobrze, swobodnie i wyjątkowo zaopiekowani.

Organizacja wyjazdów, wynajmu auta oraz innych udogodnień była na bardzo dobrym poziomie. Wstawiam kilka zdjęć z tego cudownego wyjazdu. Na pewno wrócimy tu za rok - moja córka już zapowiedziała, że chciałaby co roku spędzać tutaj swoje urodziny.

The hotel is very dated and needs global refurbishment, the interior is kitschy and tasteless. Rooms had bad smell. At breakfast they served instant coffee or similar, the taste was awful. We stayed for one night and ran away.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. Great location, excellent facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Personale poco accogliente e pronto a soddisfare i bisogni personali dei clienti. l bagni delle camere da rifare, troppo antichi e poco pratici, soprattutto per le persone anziane, non possono saltare il gradino per entrare in vasca.

Warten mit Buchung, bis Renovierungen zu einem heutigen Standard für ein DELTA Hotel abgeschlossen.

Cons:

Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts (SO bis DO) gab es ab Montag früh 7:00 Baulärm in nächstgelegenen Zimmern, anscheinend längst fällige Renovierung der in die Jahre gekommenen "plüschigen" mit Teppichböden ausgelegten Superiorzimmer im 5 Stock, die teurer waren!. Nach Reklamation begann der Lärm an den folgenden Tagen etwas später, 7:30, im 6. Stock oder etwas weiter weg, war aber immer noch unüberhörbar. Hätten wir das gewusst, wären wir nicht in diesem Hotel abgestiegen... dazu kam, dass am hoteleigenen Strand ab Montag auch Bauarbeiten mit Bagger usw. gearbeitet wurde!
