Delta Hotels by Marriott Giardini Naxos

Friendly staff, good location and facilities (pool, restaurant in house, restaurants across the street, proximity of a bus stop (super bus system there !). Rooms oldish but clean, no smell.

A wonderful hotel right on the waterfront.
The rooms were comfortable and very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the reception service was outstanding.

We had a wonderful holiday in Sicily while staying at Delta Hotels by Marriott Giardini Naxos with friend, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. From arrival to departure, every part of our stay was smooth, welcoming, and thoughtfully managed.

The entire hotel team - reception, dining, and housekeeping - was exceptionally helpful, proactive, and genuinely kind. Even our smallest requests were handled promptly and with great care, always going beyond what we expected. The breakfast stood out in particular: consistently fresh, high-quality, and delicious, making each morning a great start to the day. Overall, the hotel delivered an outstanding level of service and comfort.

A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Front Office Supervisor Alessandro. His professionalism, attention to detail, and attentive approach to every guest’s needs truly made a difference. He coordinated everything seamlessly and always made us feel personally valued and well cared for. His warm personality and dedication created a particularly memorable part of our stay. We are sincerely grateful for his exceptional support and hospitality.

We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to return in the future.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel in 2 years. We loved it the first time but were only here 1 night so our 5 night stay this time around was even better. Our lovely stay started before we even got to the hotel. Carmen at the front desk confirmed my suite night rewards and upgraded us to a beautiful 1 br suite with 2 balconies overlooking the Ionian Sea. At the last minute, I added on 2 more nights that came before our original check-in and Roraima upgraded me for those 2 nights as well. So had 5 nights in this beautiful suite. Forgot my European adapter and had reached out to Roraima about it and she had it waiting for me at check in. This hotel feels like home and the people that work here feel like family. Everyone seemed to know me which was so special. They recommended great restaurants, the mini market out front, bus info and helped us plan a trip to Scilla on the mainland. Do the trip to Scilla via a ferry from Messina and try the panino con pesce spada (swordfish panini) at this little hole in the wall place on the water called Molo 72. There are only 6 tables so you may have to wait but so worth it-authentic and delicious. My go to restaurant for 4 of the 5 nights was Ristorante La Spelonca-so amazing (see separate review). There are so many people throughout the hotel to give a shout out to the front desk ladies-Carmen, Allesandria, Roraima, my housekeeping lady Graziella (she did laundry for us on a Saturday when the laundry was closed) and all of the people that worked in the restaurant-we had daily breakfast and a lunch. Nexos is local which is such a welcome after tourist central at Taoramina. The only negative I can say is that the gym and the spa weren't open yet but I arrived on the first day the hotel was open for the season so maybe it was opening soon. It was hard to say goodbye especially after Carmen and Allesandria sent me on my way with a special gift to remember them by. I had given them something as well. We plan on coming back once a year to see our family and our 2nd home. Arrivederci!

We stayed at the Delta Giardini Naxos. It was early season, yet it was a very busy hotel due to conferences. The staff here are very nice, they make sure that everything is done properly. Our room was really nice and clean. Everything you need and lots of spaces to put your clothes away. There was some noise during the day, as it was getting some refurbishing, but we didn't mind as we where out for most of the day. The location is very quiet, even if it is busy. Local transport from the location is very handy , just a short walk to the bus terminal. The beach is right on the doorstep, at the rear of the hotel. When you are coming out of the hotel at the front, you can get a great view of Mont Etna. There are quite a number of bars & restaurants along the front of the hotel, and down towards the bus terminal. Very clean area, and beautiful surroundings.
