Cons:

Staff, no garage, AC not very effective and the hotel desperately needs an upgrade. It is still furnished with the American type of bombastic furniture. The balcony door locks you out.

Pros:

A very spacious hotel with impeccable facilities. Staff is polite and courteous.

Cons:

Little details, but there were no slippers in the room, which was carpeted. The rooms still have baths that you need to climb into and not showers. The furniture is rather dark and old-fashioned.

Ich verstehe, dass die Arbeit an der Reception bei der Anreise grosser Gruppen stressig sein kann. Ich erwarte trotzdem, dass ich beim Check-out mit einem Dank, einer Antwort auf eine von mir gestellte Frage und allenfalls einem Lächeln verabschiedet werde.

Great staff and lovely room. Nice food.

Cons:

I feel for the price that there should be table service at the pool and the beach. As a solo traveller, if was very hard to keep my space without leaving valuables. Even a QR code sunbed service would be better than none. You can't call it a beach club without table service.

Nice hotel shame about the food
Pros:

Hotel location is good. The hotel was very clean, with comfortable rooms although the bathroom was small. The staff were friendly and in the most helpful. Breakfast choice was good, however the dinner menu was limited and never changed so we ended up eating out. On the one occasion we had dinner it was very bland and beige with no garnish etc.When we asked if we could change to lunch each day the hotel would not allow this. More flexibility would have been appreciated. I would advise travellers to opt for bed & breakfast
