De ligging, sfeer, de tuin, entree. Klopt allemaal. De stilte in de kamers was heerlijk. Als je de kans krijgt om in het restaurant op de hoogste verdieping te eten dan zeker doen. Bediening, uitzicht en eten waren uitmuntend!

Cons:

De koffie in de lobby was onevenredig duur. Dat is onnodig.

1，我女儿才17岁，和前台小姐说的是英语，我站在旁边，前台全程没主动和我打过招呼，没正脸看我一眼，都是瞟一眼就过去了。五星级饭店的员工就是这种素质吗？
2,让我多交1500元人民币，全程都没说一个字告诉我为什么要付这笔钱，是我看见了问她，她才很不耐烦的说是保险费。我住过纽约，巴黎，伦敦，都是四星级的酒店，从来都是登记入住时前台主动告知，而且态度都很好。为什么到了中国的五星级酒店就是这种服务态度？和五星级很不匹配

Hotel living off faded grandeur.
Pros:

Wonderful historic building, in a green part of town. dedicated excercise pool.

Cons:

Staff have very poor English skills - front desk, restaurants etc. Buffet breakfast very average. Walkway round famous okura garden dangerous with slippery algue growth.

Мне ничего не понравилось, приехали с семьей, бронь на руках , подтверждение на руках , а на стойке сказали что бронирования нет , приехали за 5000 км , сказали ждать когда придет человек который занимается бронями , заселение если и будет, то только в 4 дня , я с 6 утра стою , прошу раннего заселения, короче ни о чем
