本来は連泊する予定でしたが、体調面も不安だったため、別のホテルを取り直しました。

Cons:

長い間愛用していましたが、今回、新しく内装した部屋に案内されました。廊下には空気清浄機がずらりと並び、匂いもかなりきつく、「少しおかしいな」と思いましたが、夜遅くホテルに戻ったため、そのまま宿泊しました。

翌朝、頭痛で目が覚め、ホテルの担当者に連絡したところ、受付のミスで事前にまったく説明がなかったとのことでした（正直、あり得ない対応だと思います）。

Exceptional hotel with outstanding service
Pros:

The hotel is truly excellent, with very friendly and attentive staff throughout our stay. The superior room was perhaps slightly on the smaller side, but it was well-designed, comfortable, and everything functioned perfectly.
The breakfast was outstanding — one of the best I have experienced in a long time, with a wide variety of high-quality options.
The location is superb, very close to the Line 1 metro station and within easy reach of shopping centers, restaurants, and other amenities.
Overall, an exceptional hotel experience.
The swimming pool is designed for actual swimming rather than just relaxing, which I personally appreciated a lot, though some guests might see this as a minor drawback.

Cons:

I would have prefered more light colours in room, but other than that it was great. Though price of a coffe in lobby bar of 10€ is a bit excessive...

Ongeïnteresseerdheid personeel en de zeer gedateerde kamers. Badkamers kunnen echt niet meer. Ruimte op de kamer viel zwaar tegen.

Uitstekende lokatie met luxe hotel en zeer mooie tuin. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie comfortabele kamers met uitstekende matrassen. Mooie badkamer met inloopdouche en apart bad. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid met verschillende keukens. Voortreffelijk teppanyaki restaurant op de bovenste verdieping

Cons:

De airconditioning in de kamer koelt matig waardoor de nachten warm kunnen zijn. De wifi werkt wisselend en regelmatig geen goede verbinding met internet. Het menu dat ze serveren in het teppanyaki restaurant komt in hoog tempo door dus niet op je gemak tafelen.
