Convenient location, nice hotel.
Pros:

The hotel entrance is about 2 blocks from the Hamamatsu train station, so very convenient, and you can access the train station via a walkway. There is a lot of shopping nearby.

Cons:

Everything about the hotel was fine, although it was more expensive than some other places we stayed on our trip that were of similar or even better quality. Rooms with views are considerably more expensive. Despite asking for adjacent rooms for our party, we were placed several floors apart, and the hotel staff only was willing to move us if we paid a surcharge.

Pros:

The only problem was I was given 2 single bads when the hotel knew i was a sole traveler. That was irritating but otherwise it was clean, up-to-date, great service and great breakfast.
