Pros:

Erinomainen sijainti aseman ja konserttisalin yhteydessä. Hienot näköalat ylhäältä.

Cons:

Wonderful stay with excellent service. Everything was convenient and comfortable. Highly recommended

Staying in Okura Act City Hotel is always wonderful feeling. The service was excellent as the staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The food was also delicious. The location is perfect as the hotel is very close to Hamamatsu Station and nearby shopping malls and groceries.

The staff were exceptional, the hotel reception/lobby beautiful, the view from 39th floor was stunning, spacious rooms compared to the bigger cites I stayed at in Japan, amenities are daily, very clean.

1994年築とのことですが、30年の月日を感じさせないすばらしさでした。39階プレミアム　コンフォートフロア　スタンダード　ツインルーム、でしたが、窓からは浜松の町並みと太平洋が見渡せる雄大な景色、広々として快適、美しい室内、どこも豪華な内装と清潔な部屋、見せかけではない、本物のグレードの高さを感じました。ベッドも空調も、素晴らしく、寝やすく、くつろげる部屋で、清掃もフロントスタッフもさすがは高級ホテルと感じさせてくれました。言うことありません。
