浜松滞在にベストなホテルです。
Pros:

ホテルは新しくはありませんが、とても清潔で快適でした。スタッフは皆プロフェッショナルであり、素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれました。

When we arrived for check-in, being peak season, the room was not quite ready, so they kindly upgraded us to a larger room immediately, no fuss, very professional.

Priced as an investment, but earned every bit
Pros:

Perfect location for what we were needing. Access to all the dining, shopping, and entertainment within a few minutes walk. Incredibly kind and helpful staff… they even folded my kids’ pjs they left on their bed and perfectly tucked in their stuffed animals which I thought was so sweet. 🥹 View was perfect, and the glass elevator entertained my children every trip. Spacious, clean rooms. And though it took me a while to figure out how to work the remote, the access to various apps through the TV was very convenient.

Cons:

Tv was difficult to use… or perhaps simply user error 😂 Honestly not much that I didn’t like apart from would have liked a softer bed. A/C in one of our rooms didn’t work so it was hot, but by the time I recognized it, it was near the end of our stay and didn’t say anything.

窓ガラスの内側　調度品の埃汚れ(テーブル装飾物の間の埃　TV台の手垢(？))所々の清掃の不届が残念でした　年数を古色蒼然とされたホテルだと思っていましたが経年劣化と感じさせられた事は大変残念です

朝食がおいしかった。

Cons:

チェックイン時に他にチェックインしている宿泊客との距離が近すぎて、当該ほかの宿泊客（2組連続）の品のなさにホテルのレベルを疑うほどであった。品のない宿泊客に対してのホテルスタッフの毅然とした対応をすることにより、ホテル全体の品質向上につながると期待できる。チェックイン時にいわゆる「タメ語」で話す宿泊客を見受けると、敷居の低い最低レベルのビジネスホテルに来ている感覚を覚える。宿泊客の品質向上はできなくとも、ホテルスタッフの毅然とした対応による品質改善はできるのではないでしょうか。

また、今回家族4名で宿泊したにもかかわらず、部屋が隣同士ではなかったので、この点、ホテル側の配慮が欠けていたのではないでしょうか。地域の性質もあるのかもしれませんが、高品質のホテルを目指すのであれば、今回のような対応は非常に残念で大きな改善余地がある。

Ótima estadia em Hamamatsu!
Pros:

Hotel sempre muito organizado e limpo, com equipe atenciosa e cordial. Quarto estava limpo, bem organizado e equipado. Cama confortável, banheiro apropriado e bom chuveiro.

Cons:

Os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores. Muito duros ou muito finos. Talvez uma opção intermediária seria ideal. Fora isso, sem mais sugestões.

Pros:

駅からのアクセスがいい。
ロビーエントランスのエグゼクティブ感が宿泊への期待を高まらせる。スタッフの程よい距離感と対応の丁寧さ。チェックアウトの時記念に地方新聞をほしいと言ったら「今回は特別です」といいつつ要望に応えてくれた。中部新聞でした。ありがとうございました。
37階からの眺望の良さは遠州灘？まで見渡せて爽快。
料金に対して部屋の広さ設備どれをとってもコスパよかった。
なにげにEVのアップダウン表示がグランドピアノ型であったりグランドフロアーのEVの扉に楽譜がプリントされてたりと浜松らしさが随所に見られて楽しい。
でもやはり滞在の快適さを左右するのはスタッフの接客態度で今回それが最高でした。
お世話になりました！
