Important information:


- The gym, indoor pools, and saunas (available at a charge) are closed on the third Wednesday of each month
- The gym is open to those aged 16 years and older only, and the saunas are open to those aged 13 years and older only. Please note that the sauna is a paid facility so additional costs are charged when entering.
- The indoor pool is for adults only. Access to the pool is limited to those aged 13 years and over. On weekends and holidays, however, children under the age of 13 years are admitted in the care of an adult and only when wearing a life jacket in the pool if they are shorter than 55 in.


- Urban Island (Outdoor pool) is only available for guests who reserve Outdoor Pool Access package.
- Please follow the instruction from Life Guard when using all facilities such as Adult pool, Kids pool, Jacuzzi, etc.
- Guests under the height of 55 in are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and under parental supervision.
- Two sunbeds are available per room, and some sunbeds are prioritized for customers who have reserved them as part of a special package.
- Children under the age of 36 months must wear waterproof diapers in the pool
- Swim tubes with a diameter of 3.3 ft or less may be brought in and may only be used in the kids' pool.
- Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached.
- Urban Island operates even when it rains, but only a few sunbeds offer shelter from the rain. (In case of continuous heavy rain, operations might be disrupted.)

I only do 5 star hotels when I’m traveling in Asia/SE Asia, so I found it to be a very pleasant stay and look forwar
Pros:

A little outside of the hustle and bustle, but just what I was looking for. They have a shuttle that drops you by the Dongguk University line station, which is utilized multiple times during my stay. I unfortunately, did not take advantage of any other facility in the hotel other than my room. Room was spacious, clean, great pressure in the shower. As others have mentioned, it’s beginning to show a bit of its age, but they have maintained the hotel quite well. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Cons:

I couldn’t get the Bidet spout to adjust since I’m quite petite, but that’s about it!

Couldn't love this hotel more! From the iconic view to Namsan Tower and the clean, spacious rooms to the excellent breakfast with strong traditional korean options and the staff that made our stay memorable, we had a great experience and we will definitely visit again next time we come to Seoul

Nice hotel, suited for older people.
Pros:

Gym was good, breakfast was good but overpriced

Cons:

The rooms were slightly dated and we didn’t like the pillows. The staff sometimes didn’t open doors for us while they opened for others (I think because we are young they think we are not as important). Otherwise staff were nice and accommodating.
