Important information:


- The gym, indoor pools, and saunas (available at a charge) are closed on the third Wednesday of each month
- The gym is open to those aged 16 years and older only, and the saunas are open to those aged 13 years and older only. Please note that the sauna is a paid facility so additional costs are charged when entering.
- The indoor pool is for adults only. Access to the pool is limited to those aged 13 years and over. On weekends and holidays, however, children under the age of 13 years are admitted in the care of an adult and only when wearing a life jacket in the pool if they are shorter than 140 cm.


- Urban Island (Outdoor pool) is only available for guests who reserve Outdoor Pool Access package.
- Please follow the instruction from Life Guard when using all facilities such as Adult pool, Kids pool, Jacuzzi, etc.
- Guests under the height of 140 cm are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and under parental supervision.
- Two sunbeds are available per room, and some sunbeds are prioritized for customers who have reserved them as part of a special package.
- Children under the age of 36 months must wear waterproof diapers in the pool
- Swim tubes with a diameter of 1 m or less may be brought in and may only be used in the kids' pool.
- Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached.
- Urban Island operates even when it rains, but only a few sunbeds offer shelter from the rain. (In case of continuous heavy rain, operations might be disrupted.)

숙소 청소도 잘 되어 있고 직원들이 친절했어요.

Cons:

실내풀을 이용할 거라 아동용 가운을 올려준다고 직원이 먼저 제시했는데 체크아웃 할때까지 오지 않았어요. 아이 가운을 집에서 가져온게 있어 언급하진 않았는데 이런점은 직원간에 소통이 잘 되지 않아 보여요.

Indoor pool. Too small and warm - needed to open the windows as in advertised photos. With a few people swimming, it was very”splashy”.

Luxurious experience all around!
Pros:

Breakfast was ridiculously fantastic. (As was lunch at librbary bar area). Urban oasis was a great time. The grounds were impeccable and impressive. The staff offered elite service. The lobby and public spaces like library bar were refined and sophisticated. Room and bathroom were immaculate.

Cons:

I wish I didnt have to sign and print my name with room number when ordering poolside food and drinks and then again when the order arrives. Seems redundant.
