Important information:


- The gym, indoor pools, and saunas (available at a charge) are closed on the third Wednesday of each month.

- Regular closure date of February 2026 is February 25th. (It's changed to the fourth Wednesday since the third Wednesday is a public holiday in February.)
- On February 18th, the indoor swimming pool is available for infants and children due to public holiday.
- The gym is only available for staying guests on February 25th, the regular closure date. (Must bring indoor shoes)

- The gym is open to those aged 16 years and older only, and the saunas are open to those aged 13 years and older only. Please note that the sauna is a paid facility so additional costs are charged when entering.
- The indoor pool is for adults only. Access to the pool is limited to those aged 13 years and over. On weekends and holidays, however, children under the age of 13 years are admitted in the care of an adult and only when wearing a life jacket in the pool if they are shorter than 55 in.


- Urban Island (Outdoor pool) is only available for guests who reserve Outdoor Pool Access package.
- Please follow the instruction from Life Guard when using all facilities such as Adult pool, Kids pool, Jacuzzi, etc.
- Guests under the height of 55 in are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and under parental supervision.
- Two sunbeds are available per room, and some sunbeds are prioritized for customers who have reserved them as part of a special package.
- Children under the age of 36 months must wear waterproof diapers in the pool
- Swim tubes with a diameter of 3.3 ft or less may be brought in and may only be used in the kids' pool.
- Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached.
- Urban Island operates even when it rains, but only a few sunbeds offer shelter from the rain. (In case of continuous heavy rain, operations might be disrupted.)

Peak of luxury, absolutely incredible D
Pros:

If you have money to spare, I'd highly recommend staying at Shilla hotel. This was our honeymoon so we decided to spoil ourselves with 2 nights here on our trip. From the moment we got off the taxi, it truly felt like peak luxury experience. The staff were exceptional and the room, the view was just breath-taking. Every single amenities were all such amazing brands and the bathroom was so beautiful. Even the slippers were different sizes for me and my husband (the attention to detail wow) and we also really appreciated that staff 'introduced' the room to us. While we were there, we also went to La Yeon restaurant which was just an absolute cherry on top.

Cons:

We'd usually get room-service dine for every hotel trip but personally felt like there wasn't much on the menu that we could enjoy. Something very Korean like porridge and seaweed soup we would've loved to see on the menu, especially for breakfast, would've been better. But nonetheless, it was an amazing trip and we'd 100% do it again and recommend.

朝食ビュッフェがとても美味しかったです。部屋も清潔で、ニューソウルタワーもバッチリ見えるロケーション。プールもとても気持ちよく、滞在中は家族で快適に過ごさせていただきました。

Cons:

チェックアウト直後、ロビーで私が見ず知らずの女性の外国人（言葉の感じは韓国人？）から絡まれ、大声で怒鳴られ、髪を引っ張られ、慌ててスタッフが止めに入ってこられたトラブル、結局、一体何が原因だったのでしょうか？確か日本語を話せるスタッフがいらっしゃったはずなのに、対応いただいたスタッフは私にノープロブレムとだけしか言われず、何の説明もなく。玄関でタクシーを待つ間に、結局その女性の件なのか、警察まで来ていた様ですが。最後の最後でモヤモヤのまま帰国しました。この件の事情だけは知りたいところですね。
