- The gym, indoor pools, and saunas (available at a charge) are closed on the third Wednesday of each month
- The gym is open to those aged 16 years and older only, and the saunas are open to those aged 13 years and older only. Please note that the sauna is a paid facility so additional costs are charged when entering.
- The indoor pool is for adults only. Access to the pool is limited to those aged 13 years and over. On weekends and holidays, however, children under the age of 13 years are admitted in the care of an adult and only when wearing a life jacket in the pool if they are shorter than 140 cm.
- Urban Island (Outdoor pool) is only available for guests who reserve Outdoor Pool Access package.
- Please follow the instruction from Life Guard when using all facilities such as Adult pool, Kids pool, Jacuzzi, etc.
- Guests under the height of 140 cm are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and under parental supervision.
- Two sunbeds are available per room, and some sunbeds are prioritized for customers who have reserved them as part of a special package.
- Children under the age of 36 months must wear waterproof diapers in the pool
- Swim tubes with a diameter of 1 m or less may be brought in and may only be used in the kids' pool.
- Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached.
- Urban Island operates even when it rains, but only a few sunbeds offer shelter from the rain. (In case of continuous heavy rain, operations might be disrupted.)

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam tevens zijn er veel faciliteiten zoals winkels en restaurants..
Breakfast has good variety and tastes good.
Too many people came for events packed the lobby. Location not so convenient.
Location was great and provided rides to the nearby public transportation stops as needed. Facility was very nice and staff very attentive. Liked relaxing in cocktail lounge at end of the day, sometimes live music too!
Didn't realized breakfast buffet was such a big thing and honestly it looked fabulous...more access to coffee bar without the breakfast buffet would be nice especially early in the morning when no other coffee shops in the area are open. Always felt like I was being annoying when I asked for coffee without going to table in the restaurant. Also booking.com advertised free ride to hotel from airport when I booked which was not the case at all. I brought this up to both the hotel and booking.com (and it was still showing on the website) and they said they were not able to honor it because of a third party issue????
The hotel has exceeded my expectations. All the staff are amazing. Very approachable and helpful and always positive. They pay so much attention to details so well done. The “sauna” and gym are great. Breakfast is extraordinarily - so many options.
Breakfast time is extremely busy and you sometimes have to wait for a table. Perhaps extending the time by half and hour to spread out the customers? With so many kids running around (parents seem not to care), and ipad kids / people playing tiktok through loudspeaker, it’s difficult to enjoy breakfast. Hope the hotel can intervene more in order to maintain an upscale luxury experience for everyone. It’s the same experience with the outdoor pool.
One of the best hotels in Seoul and certainly the most elegant, with a location near Seoul Tower and green spaces.
The outdoor pool is definitely worth a visit!
The same difficulties always arise in knowing what is included or not in the package, allowed or not for children depending on the day and time...
