Excellent centrally located hotel
Pros:

Excellent location and large rooms by Japanese standards. Room had everything we needed and then some. Staff were courteous and kind. Pretty much walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

Pros:

Room fairly spacious. Bed is comfortable and big. Close to canal city. Close to subway station. Family mart store right outside hotel.

Cons:

Pillow way too flat. Still not as convenient as staying around Hakata station. Breakfast buffet dishes are reasonable but repetitive, you will get bored by the third day.

ok but bit turbulent beause of handicap misunderstandings

everything was ok.. The facilities need a renovation. No usable electric outlet close to my bed for my BIBAP

Cons:

keeping my corner room. I am mobility handicapped and use a wheel chair, that you were informed about well in advance. It is very dangerous for me tom try to climb into a bsthtub to have a shower. Pleasee be better at noticing when people have a mmobility handicap
