Comfortable but a bit old fashioned.
Pros:

The hotel is a classic 1980’s 5-star, a little long in the tooth but very comfortable and accommodating.

Cons:

The hotel needs two things in my opinion: a finishes upgrade and more trendy restaurants and bars … a bit of an old aunts and uncles place at this time.

荷物を部屋まで運んでいただけたり、フロントでのスタッフの方々の挨拶も心地よく、さすが老舗のホテルという感じでした☺️
チェックインの時に部屋まで案内してくださった方が、とてもフレッシュで、フロントで見かける度に嬉しい気持ちになりました🌼
主人が誕生日だったので事前にルームサービスを頼んでおり、その時の対応もとても良かったです🎂🤍
朝ご飯のブッフェは温野菜、オニオンスープ、オムレツ、クロワッサンが美味しかったです🫶🏻2泊したのですが、明日は何食べようかなぁと主人と話していました💭博多ラーメンもあり、旅行に来たな!!と思えて印象的でした✨
また宿泊したいと思います🙇🏻‍♀️✧︎*。

ランドリーサービスはあるものの、洗濯機、乾燥機がなく、近くのコインランドリーまで回しに行きました😌
これも、お客様にリラックスして頂くための戦略なのかも🤔💭と、私的には好印象でした🌟
私は近くのコインランドリーまで、こんなお店があるんだ〜と散策しながら行けましたが、アンパンマンミュージアムが近くにあるため、子連れや若い方も多い中、自分達で気軽に回せるランドリールームがあったら、ランドリーサービスかランドリールームを選ぶことができ、もっと素敵だなと思いました✨
ご年配の方や、お忙しい方にはランドリーサービスの方が有難いのかもしれません✨

また、滞在したいと思った。
Pros:

ロケーションがとてもよく、スタッフの方達も、フロントから、レストラン、清掃スタッフまで、皆さんフレンドリーで礼儀たたしく気持ちよく滞在できた。朝食も充実していました。

Cons:

トイレを流すときにゴーッとすごい音がしてびっくり、ベッドは清潔でしたが梅雨のせいか少し湿った感がありちょっと残念。

朝食が美味しくベッドで快眠！

博多座から近いこと
朝食が美味しいこと
ベッドと部屋着が気持ちいいこと

Cons:

15時ピッタリにならないとお部屋の鍵を渡してくれないこと
それなのにロビーにソファが少なくて座って待てないこと
15時までの20分間コーヒーを飲もうと思ったがお店が1つしか開店してなくて、そのお店も満席、またそのお店のスタッフの対応も悪かったので残念でした。

次回は他のホテルにしようと思います。
