Cons:

The room I stayed in faced the front of the hotel and needs a renovation! The bathroom is dated, so is the bed, the TV, the AC ….. for the nightly price and the location they should undergo a renovation in some of their rooms. However the rest of the hotel is immaculate and service outstanding

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner à l’Hermitage, un lieu emblématique au charme authentique. L’établissement évoque un véritable musée ou une galerie d’art, sublimé par des décors d’une grande élégance. La vue est exceptionnelle, les chambres offrent un calme absolu, alliant espace, confort et raffinement. Les prestations, notamment le spa, sont d’un très haut niveau. Une expérience d’exception, inoubliable à tous égards.

Unforgettable stay at the hotel Hermitage

My stay at the Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo was truly exceptional. Located in the very heart of Monaco, the hotel perfectly combines timeless elegance, comfort, an outstanding location, and impeccable service.

From the very first moment, the staff created an atmosphere of warmth, care, and genuine hospitality, making my stay feel both special and memorable.

The hotel was wonderfully quiet, allowing for truly restful nights and excellent sleep. The rooms were always perfectly maintained — spotlessly clean and serviced promptly every day, which added greatly to the comfort of my stay.

I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Benoit (Front Office Manager) for his remarkable kindness and attentiveness, as well as for the opportunity to stay in a magnificent room with a breathtaking view over Monaco. His professionalism, thoughtfulness, and personal care made my experience at the hotel truly unforgettable.

Monaco hospitality at its best
Pros:

We spend an enchanting 3 day visit at the Hermitage . A first visit but very unlikely to be the last. From the personal welcome by the General Manager to the departure everything was close to perfection, with a special note to the private visit of the wine cellar - probably one of the world’s most impressive. What stands out most at Hermitage is the warm and personal touch from all members of the staff which made our stay unique. Discretion, courtesy and kindness are unparalleled (and exceeds by far the behavior of some clients). Hermitage will definitely be our place in Monaco and we look forward to returning soon.
