Bar review - "Braw" as we would say in Scotland
Pros:

Visited the bar for a break from the madness of NYC, what a fantastic bar, the staff were amazing and the drinks lovely! Can't comment on the rooms or hotel but the bar, foyer, toilets, pianist, absolutely fantastic with a real upper class feel about it. What's not to love.
Of course the kilts helped get us in but we had a great time, thanks to all!

Staff molto gentile, posizione, spa molto bela e terapista eccezionale.

Cons:

Solo due ascensori su 4 funzionanti, per salire e scendere dalla camera a volte ci sono voluti anche 10 minuti. Non macchinetta del caffè in stanza, servizio in room dining un po lento.

Grand Hotel With Excellent Service
Pros:

My family of four had a wonderful long weekend at the Peninsula in late May. The hotel has been refreshed recently, but remains a grand, historic space. Housekeeping was timely and unobtrusive. The location is perfect. Service is in line with Peninsula's global reputation. We had one small hiccup during our stay and the manager, Young Yoon, jumped in to resolve it quickly with grace and professionalism--he's a true pro. A hotel like this is never cheap, but if you value a five-star stay, the Peninsula NYC is a great choice.

Incredible Service
Pros:

We had an amazing event at The Peninsula, Arlene, Lilly, Eunice, Jose, and the full banquet team were incredibly hospitable, flexible and accomodating of our every need. Food was amazing, service was at its best, and the meeting space + sleeping rooms were just perfect.
