To be honest, everything was perfect from the moment I checked in until I checked out. The room size was good, mattress was super comfy, room service was great and the Spa was amazing.
Definitely it won’t be the last time staying there and looking forward to visit it again.
The noise from the street, construction and work
I like the location. As for the hotel, our first room had a foul smell in the bathroom so we had to be moved. We noticed it upon check in. The second room was on the top floor under the spa. The thermostat did not work properly, the shower did not work properly which suprises me being that they have cleaners every day. The room itself is nice but the table and chairs are crammed into a corner that has air coming through the window and it's cold. Not the best place I've been to and enjoyed it many years ago when it was fresh and newer. But overall, the staff is great and our needs were met.

No pude disfrutar del spa porque no lo abren todos los días, hecho inadmisible en un hotel de estas características y precio. Pagas la habitación y los servicios que ofrece el hotel, y resulta que no puedes disponer el servicio. Igualmente ocurre con el afternoon tea, resulta que hasta mayo no dan el servicio, es estacional. Deberían indicarlo cuando reservas una habitación

Der Empfang war sehr nett und alle Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend. Obwohl unser Zimmer mit bester Aussicht zur 5th Avenue gelegen war, war es sehr leise.

Spa was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Peninsula Hotel in NYC should be 6 stars. The service is hands down the BEST I've experienced at a 5 star hotel. The hotel lobby is absolutely gorgeous! The renovations are stunning, the room is spotless and spacious and very comfortable. The food, the gym, the spa all a 10! I have never felt so special and pampered and I am a legit hotel snob. That long review with one star and all the complaints can't be real. Best hotel in NYC and worth the money!

I have ever had. The room was spacious and perfectly appointed and the location can’t be beat. But what made it so special was the unbelievable service. Stephanie Colovic and team my son’s first trip to NYC unforgettable. We will never stay anywhere else in New York.
