It was extremely difficult to find our way around , was badly marked and no easy to manage with a rollator. Simply too big

Pros:

Pools and gardens very nicely designed. So happy that one pool was heated. Made it great to swim in April.

The location and the hotel facilities.

Cons:

Although the weather was not great, had a great day at the spa. The safe was not working. I would suggest for the rooms to have curtains as the light can get in through the wooden blinds.

This is a very good world class hotel in a fabulous location. I look forward to returning.
Pros:

Love the location; the hotel staff are excellent.

Cons:

Only 2 restaurants open atm. One of which, the fine dining, had almost no vegetarian options…… and the one I chose was very poor and highly priced. There were more options, far more reasonably priced in their Italian restaurant.
