Friendly staff, nice facilities
Pools shut at 5/6pm
We stayed in a room in the new wing that is described as having a panoramic sea view. Though not fully panoramic, the view was still fantastic. The room was new, spotlessly clean and service was great. Location bang by the sea and right next to the harbour was so convenient. Almost everything was working easy walking distance.
Staff in the restaurants were friendly and they made a special effort for our wedding anniversary which was very nice.
It was too cold for us to use the outdoor pools but the indoor pool was perfect.
There was some concern about safety due to the drone strike in early March but we felt absolutely safe throughout our time there in Paphos.
Overall we had a wonderful trip and would happily go back.
So pleased we made the selection of Cyprus Paphos and the Annabelle Hotel for our winter break from the UK - a pretty good choice.
We had an excellent week the hotel together with a sea view room was excellent. Couldn’t fault the service of any of the staff they were so welcoming and helpful. Even though we were B&B only we always felt treated as special guests. The pool and garden area is superb as a place to relax and enjoy the overall special ambience. Even the weekend storm was spectacular from out sea view room and balcony !! :-)
Great location for walking out and about or catching a local bus to explore.
Will certainly recommend both the hotel and Cyprus to friends. Finally hope Donald Bloody Trump and the ridiculous Press clickbait stories don’t stop people coming.
I travel extensively & rarely leave reviews unless the Hotel has been exceptional. For me, this includes customer service, ambience and high standards of cleanliness.
The Annabelle Paphos has this in abundance which is why this is my 3rd long stay winter visit in 10 years.
Most of the team at the Annabelle have been together for many years. This continuity is wonderful & rather rare
in other establishments.
David the head chef, always making sure my experience is perfect.
George, the head waiter, charming and smiling. A pleasure to be greeted by him.
Demetrius, also smiling and charming.
The housekeeping ladies.
I usually travel solo, but this time came with my daughter and 8 month old grandson. We had 2 rooms together and the halfboard option room service was a blessing with our little one, delivered promptly, kindly and often in a hush by Nikos as our baby slept.
The spa, pool and sauna a lovely addition. The grounds a beautiful oasis of calm with views to the sea, past the pools
and lush palm and bougainvillea filled gardens. It has a rare old world charm, with all the modern facilities.
Wonderful walks along the coastline in both directions. The shops and restaurants of the harbour a moments stroll away. Great location.
My thanks goes to all the Guest Relations Team.
Particularly Chrytalla Socratous. She is an elegant presence and seems to know exactly what I need before I do. Nothing is too much trouble. Seeing Chrystalla again, is like meeting up with an old friend. Exactly what returning to a wonderful hotel should feel like. A second home.I look forward to my next visit.
A very welcoming hotel. Excellent food and service. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great swimming and spa facilities.
Loved the Lavazza Classy Plus machine in our room!
Amazing breakfast of huge quantity and variety, wonderful big room with great views, awesome pool both indoors and outdoors, helpful and polite staff, fantastic dinner.
The glass wall of the shower in the room should be bigger. Lots of water goes out, to the point that it flooded the whole bathroom.
We had our flight cancelled and was put here by easyJet this was due to the conflict with Iran. The staff clearly thought we were not good enough for their hotel and were cold and dismissive, they came and checked our mini bar before we were even close to checking out. The breakfast although looked amazing was cold. Now here’s the truth, I am financially in a position where I could stay here for a holiday if I chose too but due to the poor treatment we were shown I would never even consider it. You should always treat guests with the utmost care, this was not the case in this instance.
Good location , nice facilities , excellent buffet breakfast , lovely room and bathroom
Housekeeping was a bit lax , went out for a whole day and when I returned room hadn’t been made up . When I queried it , I was told my room wasn’t on the list !!!
Some staff ought to be a bit more cheerful as their general disposition is rather surly
Nice location , nice pool areas , clean rooms and very nice shower products
Staff are quite surly. Awful service at bar . Staff all seen very dour and miserable bringing the vibe into negative status !
Nothing special
Very crowded. There is not enough staff. They are always busy with something else. Rooms are old.
Everything!

My wife and I had a very relaxing 7 day stay at the Annabelle in November. Situated a few minutes walk from the harbour and adjacent to the coastal broadwalk, the hotel provides an ideal base for a holiday in Paphos. The hotel is extremely clean and well presented and all the staff were very friendly. From entering the foyer, and then looking through to the pool area, one has to be impressed with the view - made more special with the palm trees in the background. Our room was both spacious and comfortable. We stayed on a B&B breakfast and were pleased with the variety and quality of the food. Great place to stay.
