Evening at Landmark Restaurant — Exceptional Service
Pros:

I visited Landmark Restaurant this evening and was genuinely impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome — we were seated promptly, greeted warmly, and attended to throughout the meal without ever feeling rushed. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and checked in at just the right times.

The dining room had a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere with well-paced service. Each course arrived beautifully presented and at the correct temperature, and the timing between plates felt effortless rather than hurried. The team handled a special request with care and professionalism, which really stood out.

Overall, excellent service combined with a lovely dining environment makes Landmark Restaurant a top pick for date nights, celebrations, or business dinners. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be returning.

An unforgettable stay with thoughtful touches, exceptional service, and a luxurious atmosphere that made my husband’s 50
Pros:

We stayed at the Landmark Hotel in March to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff made the occasion feel so special by leaving a thoughtful birthday card for him, which was such a lovely touch.

Our room was beautiful and we were also surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more memorable. We were welcomed with champagne on arrival and truly felt looked after throughout our visit.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience with exceptional service, and we will definitely be back.

Pros:

The service is exquisite and the food is amazing. If you have the chance, you need to ask to be served by Mihai, he is a gem.
I believe they also recently changed chefs and the quality just went one level up!

Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

From check in to check out, this hotel was top notch. This was my husband & mine’s first time visiting London. It is close to the Tube which is a plus. The rooms are elegant & quiet. There was places to eat & drink so if you wanted to stay inside, you could. The staff was friendly & was never without a smile when they greeted you. This hotel was like another world inside. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Whether this is your first time or a return visitor. This hotel is a must!

A Grand Hotel That Quietly Exceeds Expectations
Pros:

London offers no shortage of luxury hotels, but The Landmark London was a genuine and delightful surprise. While perhaps less internationally famous than some of Mayfair’s grand dames, the hotel delivers a level of elegance, comfort, and hospitality that rivals many of London’s better known properties.

Our newly renovated Marylebone Suite was exceptional — fresh, luxurious, and wonderfully residential in feel. The suite featured a spacious bedroom, an inviting living room complete with fireplace, sofa seating, desk, and bar area, as well as a magnificent marble bathroom with separate shower, soaking tub, and private water closet. It felt far more like an elegant London apartment than a traditional hotel suite.

Service throughout the hotel was consistently warm, gracious, and genuinely friendly. The concierge team was especially impressive, offering polished and attentive assistance that enhanced the entire stay.

The true jewel in the crown, however, is the spectacular Winter Garden atrium. With its soaring glass ceiling, palm trees, and magnificent sense of space, it is one of the most beautiful hotel public rooms in London. Breakfast there each morning felt wonderfully indulgent, with lavish offerings served in a setting that was both grand and relaxing.

While the location in Marylebone may not feel as immediately central as Mayfair or Piccadilly, the hotel is extremely well connected, sitting conveniently near two Underground stations and offering easy access to every part of the capital.

Perhaps most impressive of all is the value proposition. In a city where luxury hotel rates continue to soar, The Landmark offers an experience that feels richly luxurious and deeply comfortable without sacrificing warmth or character. It is a hotel we left genuinely looking forward to returning to.

Perfection
Pros:

This is the second time I have stayed at the Landmark and it is not just a hotel, it is an experience. From start to finish, everything feels special. Rooms are large and comfortable, everything is spotlessly clean, breakfast is high quality and staff are friendly and helpful. And all in an iconic building and setting. I could not ask for any more and hope to return many more times in the future.
