Pros:

Beautiful unique London Hotel spacious and clean bedrooms. Great amenities and impeccable service!

Cons:

Only disappointment was that the swimming pool
Was closed for refurbishment. However I knew this before booking.

Disappointed by what should have been an exciting break at The Landmark Hotel, London
Pros:

Room was spacious but no mini bar. The bedroom was clean and warm (although the in-room heating vent was noisy). The bathroom was also clean but quite notable it was old and in need of modernisation.
The TV was large and had a good selection of channels.
The rooms cleaned daily with replacement towels.
And for some strange reason there was a phone in the toilet!

Cons:

Old bathroom.
No mini bar facilities.
Heating noisy.
Excessive and additional charges for service charges, per room and also in the bar area. The room cost c£300/night and to add further service charges on top of what was already agreed seems unacceptable.

Lovely
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff, the size of the room, the evening meal was excellent, I would have liked a hot poached egg at breakfast. The promptness with which our room was attended to when I said there was a problem. It was good to be upgraded.

Cons:

I didn’t like that in a top class hotel, the bathroom door would not shut. There was no way of shutting it. However, this was sorted by the time we came back home in the evening.
