The hotel was beautiful. The location was perfect with easy public transportation. The restaurant and bars were excellent. We had a wonderful massage . It’s worth the money .
The rooms are classic and clean.
Though my room was in the highest floor, we heard all the noise from outside including works in the streets at 12 am.
Also, the prices are high compared to services and overall experience.

I had the best time at the Champagne Bar! The service was outstanding from start to finish.
I was served by the lovely Kristina, who took such great care of me during my birthday meal. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect and that I was enjoying myself.
Thank you so much, Kristina, for making my birthday feel extra special and Cristian was also so very helpful.

The Landmark has become our preferred hotel in London. The rooms, restaurants and bars are all of a high standard. The staff are friendly and helpful. The open atrium creates a unique atmosphere both in the mezzanine bar and in the main restaurant. Everything is airy and light, even in the middle of winter.
Our stay at The Landmark London was nothing short of exceptional and truly helped make our wedding weekend unforgettable.
From the moment we arrived, every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A very special mention must go to Millie, who was absolutely fantastic on the day of my wedding. She took such great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed, helping the day run smoothly and removing any stress. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding, and we are incredibly grateful for all her support.
The hotel itself is stunning, and the rooms were beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained. Every guest in our wedding party commented on how impressed they were with both the hotel and the exceptional level of service they received throughout their stay.
I’d also like to give a huge shout-out to Matt and the team at the Great Central Pub. They were amazing in hosting our after-ceremony drinks, creating a wonderful atmosphere and looking after our guests so well. Their friendliness and hospitality made the celebration even more special.
The Landmark London exceeded all our expectations. The combination of a beautiful venue, luxurious accommodation, and genuinely outstanding staff made for an unforgettable experience. We cannot thank the team enough and are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Exceptional service, clean, bright and elegant
Champagne bar on Friday night ourselves and 3 friends were not able to access a table at 5.00pm despite staying three nights in the hotel. A number of tables were taken with one person on laptop drinking tap water or with empty coffee cups. Not even offered a table later that evening. We went into mirror bar and spent £470 so they lost out. Not impressed with the welcome or lack of we received. VERY disappointing

Jezdím sem pár let, pro mne dobrý fit, uklidňuje mě tradice jako ostatně všude v Londýně. Fajn servis, únosná cena, v Česku takový hotel není. Dokonce jsme si tentokrát nemuseli říkat o naplnění minibaru, patrně změnili své předešlé mylné rozhodnutí o prázdných minibarech. Dělaly dojem nehostinného prostředí, což si hotel nemůže dovolit.
Trochu dražší, ale co by člověk nechtěl. Taky mě mohli přivítat slovy „Vítejte zpět”, ale to je patrně nenapadlo.
