A Birthday to Remember
Pros:

A lovely warm welcome from the moment we arrived.Our room was on the first floor and was comfortable and spotless a little bit of luxury. At breakfast The Winter
Gardens felt very calm and tranquil. All the staff were very attentive. There was plenty to choose at breakfast and it was all beautifully presented. We particularly enjoyed the Champagne Bar to celebrate my birthday with family ,it was in a great location in the hotel.There were a few lovely touches for my birthday at breakfast I was given a fresh fruit tart with a candle and later in our room there was a chocolate cake with happy birthday on it . We had theatre tickets and The Landmark was in an ideal location to get there as the Station is so close .It was a wonderful place to spend my birthday.Thank you everyone at The Landmark.

Perfectly located to explore London and also be able to relax.
Pros:

Lots of hot water and the bath filled up really quickly. The staff were very helpful and always available. The doorman Rupert was quite a character and fun to chat to. Finding the bar tucked away with a balcony to sit out and enjoy a sundowner was a delightful surprise. The ambience of the whole place is lovely and relaxing. Being so close to Marylebone and several busstops made travelling around London so very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Stay
Pros:

As a member of the Leading Hotels of the World I have enjoyed the privilege of enjoying many stays at fine hotels. However I found the Landmark in London to be exceptional. The welcome, the accommodation, the cuisine and staff were all and above my expectations. The location was also perfect, just east of Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel.

Two night post flight stay
Pros:

We have previously stated at the St Pancras hotel in one of their suites. This came with the benefit of the Chambers Club lounge which suited our needs perfectly. The hotel closed this lounge and so we saw no benefit to staying there.

We decided to try the Landmark and were not disappointed. From tge uniformed doorman on arrival, every member of staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. We had a Marylebone Studio which has a large lounge and separate bedroom with two double beds and a large well appointed bathroom. The room was clean, well maintained and comfortable.

We ate in the Atrium restaurant on the first night. The food was excellent and the service matched, a very good meal.

We will undoubtedly return

Absolutely fantastic stay. We stay at other hotels in London at the same level and this rates as the best. The room was spacious and breakfast top class too, with fantastic service from all of the staff. Highly recommended.
