To make our hotel even more beautiful, as we do every year, we are renovating our entrance area, probably until the beginning of December. We will, of course, carry out this work with the utmost care and ensure that all of our hotel's services are fully available to you as usual. Alles in allem hat es uns gefallen, trotz der beschriebenen Nachteile.
Pros:

Der Poolbereich mit angrenzender Terrasse und herrlichem Ausblick. Auch das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich.

Cons:

Die Empfangshalle ist wenig repräsentativ, man könnte sie fast lieblos nennen (abgehängte Decken, ein liebloser hässlicher Tisch in der Mitte mit einem wenig dekorativen Blumenstrauß). Und etwas schockiert waren wir über den Frühstücksraum, der fast wie eine Kantine wirkte und dessen Bestuhlung dermaßen eng war, so dass man Slalom herumlaufen musste.

An old world classic

A Munich classic, amazing staff, amazing amenities, one has to make time to really enjoy the hotel.

Cons:

Our rooms were extremely warm. We turned off all heating and turned the ac to cold but it didnt help. Also very low ceilings, I am not sure that lines with the hotel’s previous old world charm. The lobby and entrance is also very underwhelming. I feel the recent renovations didn’t do justice to this beautiful institution.
