To make our hotel even more beautiful, as we do every year, we are renovating our entrance area, probably until the beginning of December. We will, of course, carry out this work with the utmost care and ensure that all of our hotel's services are fully available to you as usual. During this time, we have set up our reception on our gallery on the mezzanine floor.

Renovation work of the Lobby will be carried out from now to December 22, 2025.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Sehr zentrale optimale Lage des Luxus-Hotels in München mit tollem Rooftop-Pool!

Achtung! Das Hotel wird, wenn man nicht aufpasst, zum Kreditkarten-Selbstbedienungsladen! Unser Zimmer (eine Nacht vom 11. bis 12. Juli 2026 gebucht) wurde bereits von uns im Vorfeld mit 616 Euro über Booking.com bezahlt, davon wusste im Hotel anscheinend plötzlich niemand mehr was, da ich einige Tage später eine Kreditkartensbbuchung durch das Hotel über 715 Euro vorfand! Darüber hinaus auch noch durch das Hotel veranlasste vorgemerkte Kreditkarten- Konto-Abbuchungen über 156 Euro, 558 Euro und 266 Euro !!! Dabei hatten wir nur die Garage des Hotels benutzt, was 49 Euro kostet, gefühstückt haben wir außerhalb des Hotels! Es wären also für uns nur noch 49 Euro an das Hotel zu zahlen gewesen!
Zudem wurde mir beim Auschecken die Übermittlung der Rechnung per Mail zugesichert, was jedoch nicht erfolgte! Deshalb war durch mich zwei Tage später eine telefonische Intervention erforderlich, hier wurde mir die Rückbuchung des abgebuchten Zimmerpreises versprochen, was ich jedoch einen Tag später auf meinem Konto immer noch nicht sehen kann!

Modernisiertes Deluxe-Zimmer Nr. 740 mit Beton-Optik im Bad und ohne abgetrennte Toilette, die sich im Bad befindet! Für ein Deluxe-Zimmer eines renommierten 5 -Sterne-Hotels ein absolutes No Go!

We loved our stay at Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich....fantastic location and service.
Pros:

Exceptional service - we arrived very early in the morning and they went out of their way to provide us with a room. It was also my birthday and they noticed and sent a birthday cake to the room.....it was a really lovely surprise. They also have a fabulous rooftop bar - with amazing views. It was a great place to relax and unwind at the end of each day. Excellent location - super short walk to the Marienplatz.

Cons:

Nothing .... it was a great place to stay, would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, внимательный персонал, отличные постельные принадлежности и хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

Отелю явно необходим ремонт. Это касается всего - и состояния номеров, и мебели, и входной группы. Если бы сейчас был 1970 год, наверняка впечатление от отеля было бы много лучше, но сейчас год 2026 и такой возврат в прошлое не был приятен.
