Spacious, facilities are fairly new & in very good condition
Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but despite arriving around 4:00 PM, our room still wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting until nearly 6:00 PM before we could check in.
We were travelling with elderly parents, who were at least able to wait comfortably in the Executive Lounge. However, our young child became increasingly distressed after seeing the pool and playground but being unable to use them while we waited for our room.
What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who arrived after us receive their rooms first. The staff were courteous but not proactive, simply asking us to continue waiting for housekeeping to finish. There was little communication or effort to provide a better solution.
Although the hotel offered us a late check-out as compensation, it didn’t make up for the poor start to our stay. For a well-known hotel brand, especially during a non-peak period, this level of service was disappointing and fell well below expectations.
Clean, staff very helpful
We had a Great view of the golf course. Nice surroundings. Good breakfast.
1. Wrong information about the room layout
We booked a duplex suite. In Booking.com photos, the double bed is on the lower floor whilst the twin beds were on the upper floor. But when we checked in, it was the exact opposite. This posed difficulties to us. As an elderly couple, climbing up a narrow winding staircase to get to our bed which was on the upper floor was not easy. Access to the suite is from the lower ground floor where the living room, kitchen and refrigerator are located.
2. Facilities
Also, the hotel tel extension is on the upper floor. By the time we climbed up the staircase to answer the phone, the phone had already stopped ringing.
Worse, the upper and lower floors require 2 separate access cards to turn on the lights and aircond on each floor. So when our son ( who slept on the lower floor) left his room on the ground floor with the access card, we on the upper floor had to use our access card to turn on the lights & aircond on the lower floor. This leaves the entire upper floor in complete darkness. For your info, the kitchen, living room and fridge are all located on the ground floor. So u will find yourself going up and down the stairs - a real nuisance.
3. Service - still below par
I was told that this hotel only recently came under the umbrella of the Hilton group of hotels. The service level of this hotel is not yet up to the level of a Hilton group hotel. We had to wait for almost an hour just to get a trolley to bring our stuff and luggage to the Clubhouse. Clearly, more staff training is required
all good. room is clean, bed is well miantained and breakfast has variety of it.
all good. reasoned with price and hilton's name
Good service

The hospitality of the staffs were great. Really polite and helpful. The imterior design of the lobby was really spacious and inviting.
During my stay i was surprised to find the pillows smelling awful, like someone sweat dried up. In other words kepam and masam. I was wondering if they changed during cleaning or not. The stench was so bad i couldnt sleep until i had it exchange for a new set.
The room and the hotel were quite nice. The amenities are a bit lacking due to the location. Maybe some upgrades are needed for the Hilton badge. Staff were excellent.
Amenities were a bit lacking. Location is hard to get to during traffic hours.
