Pros:

The room and the hotel were quite nice. The amenities are a bit lacking due to the location. Maybe some upgrades are needed for the Hilton badge. Staff were excellent.

Everything good in Hilton. Superb. Except the people during arrival & departure.
Pros:

Very clean, spacious, comfy & good bfast. Herman such a nice guy in the cafe. Smiling face & helping others.

Cons:

Staff a bit stern. Not frenly. Nobody help wt our luggage. Did not alert when cust arrive at lobby. Not really welcoming.

Thumbs up for Rooms, cleanliness, carpark and location.
Pros:

the checking in experience could have been better if I was not made to stand in a 45 minutes queue. It was not better than queuing at a fastfood self-ordering kiosk. You just stand. No seats. No queue ticket.

Cons:

Please have a better check-in system
