Pros:

Great location for going on a cruise.

Cons:

getting coffee early in the morning. Coming from the east coast you get up really early.

The bell staff at this property is extremely welcoming and helpful. We were blown away by the Canadian hospitality!
Pros:

The proximity to the cruise ship terminal made it easy to get out luggage over after our cruise. The hotel is also a quick (10 min.) walk to gas town. We really enjoyed the location for our two night stay in Vancouver.

Pros:

Amazing location with stunning views of harbour. High quality linens made for a very comfortable sleep. Luxury bath and details made it a wonderful stay in downtown Vancouver, right in the heart of the waterfront. Loved taking the SeaBus from next door across the inlet to North Van for Capilano Canyon visit and dinner.

I would recommend this location for anyone that is taking a cruise. It was very convenient.
Pros:

We had a large group (6 rooms) stay here the night before we embarked. I liked that the location was so close to the ship. The rooms were large, clean and had views of either the city or harbor.

Cons:

I did not like that the group was no where near each other. Each room was on a separate floor. Also, the luggage storage was a little confusing, but it all worked out and we all had a great time.

Pros:

They charged my credit card three times so 15k CAD instead og just over £5k. It wiped out my credit limit so caused me a massive problem for the rest of my holiday. I rang them and they said it would take 5 to 7 days to cirrect. This was just not good enough.
