Outstanding Hotel with great staff, restaurants, and views

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff upgraded us to a suite room as 40th anniversary.
The view was outstanding... best ever view.
The staff in the Harbour Cafe including Neal was fantastic.

Surprising disappointed
Pros:

The room was comparable to Motel 6 ... small beds, cracked picture, unknown spot on ceiling (bug, poop?) bath spewed water out from plate behind tap. Why was there a landline in the toilet room?
