Excellent!
Pros:

The location was excellent as it was close to all tour operators. The room was spacious and the view, impressive: looking out to the harbour!

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was no complimentary parking and parking charges are expensive, so that could be a deterrence to self-driving tourists.

Disappointing, not worth the money.

The location was good, but that is about all it has going for it.

Cons:

Disappointing. We came on a weekend in March, and decided to splurge on a room at the Pan Pacific. It took over an hour to check in, the lineup was huge and they only had three staff on. It's very apparent that the hotel is under staffed and the staff who are there are over burdened. The building was once a spectacular destination but it is now run down and dated. The window of our room was mouldy, the room was dusty and some of the bedding had stains. You're really paying for the name, however, it surely does not live up to it's reputation any longer.

Not a great experience
Pros:

Convenient and great location

Cons:

The room was an adjoining room, we could hear very single thing the other room was saying. We texted front desk, no response, we called and were told we couldn’t move as the hotel was sold out. We were awoken at 6 am with loud voices, banging and laughing. We texted front desk and no response. Really disappointed
