Nice location, recreational facilities let it down
Pros:

Good location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff friendly.

Cons:

The hot tub is way too small for the size of the hotel. The club lounge is very small, limited selection of breakfast items

Location and convenience for those cruising.
Pros:

Location and the room was spacious and very clean.

Cons:

We were denied an early check in of 2 hours, even though they had plenty of rooms available ,and this is not a cheap hotel.

Hotel stay to celebrate retirement
Pros:

Stayed at Club Level city view with partial view of harbour and rail yards. Had view of mountain in background which was all great. Included breakfast was delicious, drinks on offer were great. Suggestions by concierge for things to do were great. Swam in the pool and it was nice and heated. Towels were plush and bed very comfortable. I took my mum on a trip to Canada from Australia to celebrate her retirement after some health struggles and Pan Pacific delivered a cake saying Happy Retirement on first arrival which was very delicious. We are glad we picked this location to end our trip to Canada on.

Corridor had some slight dings to wallpaper
