Other than check in, wonderful.
Pros:

Lounge on 23rd floor was great addition to our stay with wonderful views, drinks and food. Pool area was also lovely.

Cons:

Upon check in hotel was extremely busy with cruise goers. Nobody offered to help us with our bags for check in and it was a real struggle not a great welcome.

Perfect place for a stay in Vancouver with amazing harbour views and convenient for Gas Town.

Next time I’ll stay elsewhere.

Easy and early check in. Great location. Convenient luggage transfer to cruise ship.

Cons:

My TV remote didn’t work and when I attempted to call and let the hotel know I found that the room phones didn’t work either. They did fix both issues but I had to get dressed and go to the front desk. It took visits by two different people to remedy both issues. I wanted to shower, relax and watch TV and instead I had people in and out to repair things.
