Amazing views used hotel for pre cruise, got to use the executive lounge which had a great breakfast/lunch and evening options
All just a bit over priced due to the world cup. Was interesting speaking to a waiter re the badge he was wearing about better pay for the workers which I fully support, look after your good workings and pay them accordantly and above minimum wage. tips should not be a way of topping up a low pay scale
We used this hotel as it was directly above the Canada Place cruise ship port, hence its convenience. The hotel staff are happy to get your suitcases to the cruise facilities in the basement of the hotel.
The hotel is very much associated with the cruise ship dock, however we will avoid using this port again as the embarkation facilities are dreadful. Three ships of about 5000 passengers all trying to get through security and normally USA border control as most ships go to Alaska. Only 6 border desks for non-North American travellers, of which only 4 had staff. If you do the calculations you can see why it takes many hours of queues.

The location was excellent! The view of the bay, with the float planes and the cruise ships was beautiful.
The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable! The location is so great! There are places to eat and shop close by too.
It is pricey!

Incredible view in a large room facing the harbor.
The room needs more/updated plugs/outlets for electronics.
The view was excellent. It was great to have a restaurant in-house and be close to other shops and other restaurants. The room was clean. It was great to have the hotel bell service transfer our bags to our cruise ship.
