a perfect 24hrs at One Alwych - beautiful room and fabulous staff
Pros:

we arrived and the staff were fabulous, gave us some tea while we waited for our room - we went to use the pool which was lovely and peaceful, very clean great products towels etc. we were upgraded as it was my husband's 50th and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful - every part of our stay exceeded expectations!

Such a relaxing comfortable stay in the chaos of a city

Perfect stay
Pros:

We chose One Aldwych Hotel to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Selina from the Reservations team for kindly assisting with the birthday arrangements, and to Hannah from Guest Experience for the beautifully prepared birthday balloons.

Our room on the fifth floor was extremely spacious, almost like a one-bedroom suite. We loved the lovely cream-toned interior and high-quality furnishings. The complimentary minibar, fresh flowers arranged by a florist, and thoughtful amenities were all delightful. The pool, while small, is impressive given the central location. Overall, heartfelt thanks to the Reservations, Guest Experience, and Housekeeping teams—we would happily return.

Great as always
Pros:

This our “home” when we’re in London. We’ve been coming here for over twenty years. The hotel is close to the Opera and theatres as well as very many good restaurants. The service everywhere is impeccable. We especially enjoy pre- and post-dinner drinks in the bar. Always perfect!

Fabulous Christmas at One Aldwych
Pros:

We had an absolutely fantastic Christmas at One Aldwych! We stayed in the Loft Suite, which is spectacular as is, the surprise included Christmas tree made it truly over the top! We also booked the deluxe room next to the suite for our daughter. It felt like our own luxury apartment right in the heart of London. The service is unbelievably friendly and accommodating, the restaurant food is spectacular and the location can't be beat. One Aldwych will be our place to stay from now on in London. Thank you for making our holidays so special.
