LAS INSTALACIONES SON UN POCO OBSOLETAS. NECESITARÍAN UNA REFORMA SOBRE TODO LOS BAÑOS. TODAVÍA SE MANTIENE LA BAÑERA, NO HAY DUCHAS, GRIFERIAS OBSOLETAS, PARA UN HOTEL DE 5 ESTRELLAS. LA LIMPIEZA TAMPOCO ERA IMPECABLE, NO ACEPTABLE EN UN HOTEL DE 5 ESTRELLAS
We absolutely loved our stay, the staff were brilliant. The room was stunning and the food was great. The pool area was great (the part which was open) and the private beach was beautiful. The hotel wasn’t very busy for 2 of the days we were there so we had a quiet pool area and lots of seating/sunbed options which was fab. The restaurant & bar team were super friendly and helpful giving us lots of knowledge about the area. We will definitely be coming back!
Apart from the gym that was open at 7am. The other facilities (sauna, indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, private beach) didn’t open until 10:30/11am. We had quite an active holiday so after an early morning run we would have loved to use the sauna and indoor pool before we began our day. I’m not sure if this was because the season hadn’t fully started. The second outdoor pool wasn’t open until later on in the month/ there was works happening. Again not sure if this was due to coming in early May. So this was the only downside.
This was a special trip to take my mum away to see Portofino - something that she's always wanted to do. The hotel and the room that we were given was unbelievable. This made our trip into something beyond memorable. The views from the room were gorgeous. The spa was unreal and I wish that I could have stayed there for longer. The breakfast was first class and we were very well looked after by staff.

Hotel, absolument exceptionnel de l’arrivée jusqu’au départ. Tout était parfait. La vue est exceptionnelle, les piscines chauffée, même limite trop chaude le personnel d’un palace, je recommande à 1000 %.
