Schönes Hotel und gutes Essen

Cons:

Auf dem von uns bezahlten Parkplatz vor dem Hotel wurde unser Auto aufgebrochen.
Das Hotel hat schon Routine und klebte die Scheibe ab. Wir wurden dann zur Polizei geschickt wegen der Anzeige.

Sono stati gentilissimi ad averci offerto un upgrade gratuito da Classic a Classic con balcone per il nostro anniversario e averci addirittura omaggiato un piatto di frutta in camera con tanto di auguri, tutte cose apprezzatissime e tutt’ora vi ringraziamo se leggerete. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante interno molto buono dove ci hanno pure offerto due calici. Colazione abbondante e varia. Posizione ottima per il carnevale

Purtroppo la camera nonostante l’apprezzato upgrade non rispecchiava cio’ che mi aspettavo e che vedevo dalle foto, sita al primo piano su affaccio del palazzo di fronte, era molto buia, quando si camminava si muoveva praticamente l’armadio affianco a noi, la porta del bagno non chiudeva nemmeno perché non restaurata al contrario del bagno quindi ogni volta ci voleva forza per spingerla, la ventola non si poteva spegnere in nessun modo. Diciamo che per 208 euro mi aspettavo una camera di un livello diverso in un 4 stelle se pur certamente storico e affascinante. Forse è colpa mia perché avrei dovuto optare su altro stile più affine a me. Ma suggerisco di sistemare questione pavimento/armadio.
A colazione troppa confusione per via di alcuni gruppi in vacanza, camerieri un po’ confusi! Altro punto che non ho apprezzato della colazione e’ stato che quando abbiamo ordinato un cappuccino e un latte macchiato dai camerieri era perché pensavamo che lo facessero da caffetteria invece il sapore era di quello dalle macchinette automatiche che probabilmente hanno però dietro in cucina. Sarebbe ottimale dirlo.
Ultimo punto la signora con cui ho fatto il check in mi ha fatto pagare 4 euro in più sulla tariffa, il giorno dopo al check out l ho fatto presente e me li hanno restituiti ovviamente ma un po’ di attenzione in più non guasterebbe.
Ultimo punto importante la CONNESSIONE INTERNET TELEFONO ASSENTE in camera e su tutta la struttura io ho tim, e la cosa più grave è stata che nemmeno il Wifi funzionava, veramente un disastro perché per lavoro anche in vacanza mi serve proprio!
Peccato per tutto perché la struttura ha molto potenziale e sono gentili ma bisogna lavorare su questi punti e adeguare le tariffe ai servizi offerti anche se c è il carnevale

המיקום של המלון במיוחד בקרנבל מצויין ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת החדר היה מרווח אבל המזגנים לא עובדים וזה היה לא מוצלח על אף שפתחנו חלון וזה שיפר את האווירה ובסה״כ אני ממש ממליצה על המלון הזה
