A lovely experience - old school fine service and atmosphere throughout.
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and professional also - like the old italian service from years ago but still going -

Cons:

Only thing I would mention is that the hallways are very dark which isn't helped by the dark red and blue carpets which made it all a bit gloomy.

Fantastiskt hotell med mycket bra service.
Pros:

Mycket trevligt bemötande från det att vi kom tills vi åkte. Vi blev uppgraderade till ett lyxrum med stor terrass. Fantastiskt fint hotell med mycket bra läge, nära strand, restauranger och butiker. Restaurangen på takterrassen, vilken vi åt på flera gånger under vår korta vistelse var mycket bra. Fin utsikt, bra service och god mat. Åker vi till Viareggio kommer vi definitivt att bo på Palace hotell.

Bella posizione sul mare. Edificio belle epoque molto carino. Rooftop per aperitivo stupendo, soprattutto al tramonto, con vista su tutto il lungomare

Cons:

Manca uno stabilimento di proprietà dell'albergo. Sono solo convenzionati con uno situato comunque proprio davanti

Un 2 stelle mascherato da 4, non tornerò di sicuro

Posizione, buona la colazione.

Cons:

Struttura vecchia e fatiscente, le foto di Booking sono ingannevoli, camera piccola, umida e con odore sgradevolissimo sia nel corridoio che in camera tanto da aver richiesto l’intervento del personale, cortese, ma che più di tanto non ha potuto fare.
