Outstanding staff - Lorenzo was super helpful
Pros:

It was a great propery and a great staff.
In particular Lorenzo was outstanding providing world class service. I asked to upgrade the room and they did it immediately. I had a family gathering and I asked to plan to have a private room to project a video and they helped set it up super nicely .

I would for sure come back here

Lovely hotel just a few items that would make it 5*
Pros:

Beautiful art deco hotel in relaxing Viareggio. Lots of history, lovely breakfast and staff were helpful in storing bicycles we had hired

Cons:

The hotel has a deal with a beach club. The prices are opaque to say the least and we witnessed several misquotes. Also nice as a couple to get 2 keys to a room

A lovely classic palace hotel on the seafront with convenient parking.
Pros:

Loved everything. An old world hotel with lovely staff and comfortable rooms and we were only a few metres from the Giro d’Italia TT start (and could see them from the roof terrace too). We parked easily in the road behind the hotel (paid). Good breakfast.

Imeline puhkus kogu meie suure perele 6-st 60-aastaseni.
Pros:

Imekena butiikhotell suurepärases asukohas. Meri lähedal ja ka rannaklubi eest sai maksta hotellis. Toad väga mugavad, vannituba avar, voodi väga hea ja hommikusöök kindlasti nr 1, mis me Itaalias saanud oleme. Personal oli vastutulelik ja lahke, neid tahaks veelkord eraldi tänada.

La colazione e il buffet erano eccellenti. L'atrio, la reception e la hall e le altre sale delle parti comuni molto belle, in stile liberty e ben tenute.

Cons:

Sono ammessi gli animali, ma mi è stato richiesto un supplemento di 30€ per un cagnolino di 6Kg. Mi sembra rilevante rispetto al prezzo della camera e non ho trovato corretto non dichiarare tale importo nell'annuncio su Booking.

Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel, alles blitzsauber, sehr freundliches Personal, fantastische Terrasse mit Meerblick inklusive Sonnenuntergang, Restaurant ausgezeichnet ebenso das Frühstück

Cons:

Dass der Hund pro Tag 30€ ist völlig in Ordnung, dass speziell für das Haustier nochmal 30€ Endreinigung zusätzlich anfallen hat uns dich etwas überrascht
