Pros:

Tout! Le confort, la tranquillité, l’accueil. Nous avions une réservation de groupe pour le souper et le service et les repas étaient vraiment bien.

Pros:

L’endroit et les chambres sont très propres et le petit-déjeuner est raisonnable. De plus, ils m'ont donné une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, comme je l'avais demandée, étant donné que j'étais temporairement à mobilité réduite à la suite d'une chirurgie au pied. La plupart des employés que j'ai côtoyés ont été serviables et chaleureux.

Cons:

La chambre était au bout du couloir, à côté de la porte d'entrée donnant sur l'extérieur. À chaque fois que quelqu'un entrait ou sortait par cette entrée, la porte claquait et ce, à partir de 7 h, un dimanche matin! D'après mon conjoint qui est très bricoleur, ce serait le ''compresseur-stoppeur'' de la porte qui était mal ajusté. Nous avons signalé le problème gentiment au réceptionniste, qui a rejeté notre plainte et nous a dit que c'était un courant d'air, car la porte de devant était ouverte. Nous avons insisté pour qu'il transmette quand même notre commentaire à la direction. Il a dit qu'il allait le faire mais n'a même pas fait semblant de prendre de note. Il nous a regardé avec froideur et semblait se ficher complètement de nous. Pas de sourire, juste un air méprisant. Cet employé présentait manifestement un problème d’attitude.

Cons:

Nothing like that.. even breakfast area guys couldn't understand English & I managed with another guy who translated...I still loved their positive attitude ..which is much more important
