Hôtel tres propre et confortable. Employés serviables, efficaces et très accueillants.

Cons:

Problème avec booking qui ne nous a pas indiqué les frais supplémentaires de 150$ pour un chien. Nous n’aurions pas choisi cet hotel si nous en avions ete informés.

Superbe grande chambre, très propre et très bien équipée avec un lit très grand (king size), les sections cuisine et salon sont hors normes pour une simple chambre régulière. Il en est de même pour la dimension de la télé. Le petit déjeuner était d’un standard mais bien diversifié et à volonté. À l’égard du personnel de l’établissement, il est très gentil et serviable. Quant aux standards de cette chaîne hôtelière, ils sont tout-à-fait respectés à cet endroit. On ne s’y trompe pas.

Rien à redire. Aucun point négatif à l’égard de cet établissement Residence Inn de Marriott de Laval, Qc.

We love our stay in the hotel. The breakfast was lovely with few choices. Nice and welcoming

The room was clean, descent size and was smelling good the minute we walked in. We’ll definitely come back to this place again
