Aangenaam, maar puntjes op de i ontbreken voor dat geld
Pros:

Mooie palmbomen, twee zwembaden, 1 met leuke glijbaan (in Esteli 1 van de weinige hotels met zwembad), nette en ruime bungalows met airco en warm water

Cons:

De te harde muziek, ontbijt maar 1 optie (traditioneel, gallo pinto/kaas/maduro), locatie niet ideaal (te ver van centrum en tegenover gevangenis), verder oogt het wat rommelig, door bijvoorbeeld een kapotte stoel in struiken, zwembandjes die rondliggen en niet opgeruimd worden. Bungalow heeft zeer beperkt servies (moest om mes vragen). Personeel vriendelijk maar lijken er niet veel zin in te hebben. Drukte overdag door dagjesmensen die betalen voor zwembad. Na 17:30 was het rustig.

Excelente, pero el hotel agrega 15% del total cuando uno paga con targeta.
Pros:

Excelente servicio, facilidades, ubication, etc. Todo estuvo muy bien

Cons:

Deben de avisar y publicar en booking.com que si uno va a pagar con targeta le van a cobrar 15% additional del precio que dice en booking.com.

Cabinets on top of hill should have some type of railing or elderly people to hold onto. It was difficult.

The pool area was very good however kids were out of control jumping all over the place throwing stuff the place and no one was there to tell him not to do it

Pros:

The only I like is the big space in the rooms.

Cons:

The reservation had an incorrect amount (They changed the price of the reservation.) the room smelled bad, and the installation was dirty in general.

overpriced with animals in cages
Pros:

- got an upgrade after complaining about poor WiFi in initial room (cabin instead of double room)
- drinking water in rooms
- warm water
- green garden

Cons:

- keep monkeys and birds in small cages
- 76$/ night is overpriced
- staff is mostly not friendly
- somebody was in our kitchen and left the floor dirty while we have been away
- music in pool and restaurant area far too loud
- windows cant be closed completely
- late breakfast (8:30), First day 7:30 upon our request but afterwards late again
- laundry service heavily overpriced - 10$/ 12pcs for cold wash only, while we god it in the city for 30C$ (<1$) / pound for warm washing
