check in could have been better, tired decor, booked almost 9 months in advance two rooms and we were still put on different floors, decided to skip breakfast the second morning after the first experience first day, not great.

Noisy because it is so close to the highway.

No issues
The property was very clean, comfortable bed, spacious, and good value for the money.
I didn’t love that. They were doing maintenance at 8:30 8:45 in the morning hammering something or banging. We had gotten in at 1 AM and hadn’t slept very well so trying to sleep in was not successful.
I’d also didn’t love that. I had to wait several minutes to check out. I waited at the front desk for no one to come to assist me. I believe a maintenance man asked me if I had been waited on and when I said no he went in and told the girl that there was somebody waiting had been waiting at the desk. Not the end of the world, but very obnoxious because we had somewhere to be and we ended up being late.

Mattress too hard
The location and breakfast was good.
You can feel the springs in the mattresses. Even when you walk into the room you can see that the mattresses were not good quality as they sunk in the middle. Mattresses need to be good quality and comfortable. Our sleep was not comfortable.
The kitchen staff was unhappy about someone who left the lid for the hot food open...perhaps there needs to be a sign on the lid saying to 'please keep the lid closed'.
