Mainly location was important, from what I was doing at end of day to where I had to be next morning. It was an alternative to traveling back to home and out again next day to this area. Near highway 401, easy to locate. Friendly staff at desk and next morning for the breakfast. Quiet and comfortable.
Avoid booking this hotel. Check in was fast asked for more pillows and blankets for the pull out was told we ran out of pillows and blankets. Hot water not working in half of the hotel. Bathroom door wouldn't unlock. Maintenance had to be called was told not to shut door completly. Rooms are redown. Morning breakfast not enough room and food seemed dried out. Morning kitchen staff looked miserable. He/she took forever to replace any food. Book elsewhere they do not want your business.
Bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was good!
Very friendly staff . Very clean
Hand soap
Everything.
Honest but calm:
Breakfast was ok.
Room was I poor condition and not clean. I found a dead wasp in the bathroom. Lighting was terrible in the room. One of the bathroom doors didn’t close properly. The faucet in the bathroom was loose. Mechanical systems (HVAC) were very loud when the were on.
Separate the meat from the eggs as they are some who don’t eat PORK and it’s a religious faith ?
The cleanliness of the hotel 👍
Loved the coffee machine in the lobby -fresh Americano on demand. Good breakfast, friendly staff.
They didn’t make the bed all while we were there, only serviced the bathroom. Wish it had been closer to more restaurant options. We had to use Uber a lot. Heat didn’t work in our room, so they gave us a space heater which did the trick.
Location was good.Breakfast was good not great.
The first morning there was a lot of kids from a tournament and some foods were cleaned out.As with most places the scrambled eggs were bland.A little more fruit would have been nice.
King size bed was very comfortable. I was in a kitchenette suite, so it was a large room with a separate sleeping area. Included was a sofa and a chair coffee table . Fridge microwave and a single serve coffee maker. The included breakfast was nice.
There was no utensils-knife fork spoon etc. in the room. The breakfast was nice although for 3 days the selection of hot items was the same..
The breakfast had good selection, except no bananas.
we requested a room away from the hwy and they put us on the side of the building which was still loud. The rooms are a clean but dated.
The first room they gave me smelled so they gave me another room which had a better view and was brighter.
I wish I had booked directly instead of with booking.com - I could have gotten the CAA discount.
Pleasant and helpful staff.
Close to 401 was a real bonus.
Need fruit at breakfast.
