The room was clean for the most part & most of the common areas were clean.
The elevator was super clunky and loud, not a huge deal though. The towels were thrown under the bathroom vanity sloppily and a couple were stained. The inside and outside of the hotel could use an update for the price they are charging. The luggage carts need to be cleaned or replaced entirely & I think that common use counter tops and things of the sort should be cleaned better/more frequently. Glass doors were dirty throughout the property. 5 queen pillows were provided for a king bed... which would be fine if all 5 of them weren't as lumpy as they were.
Everything was pretty good! We have only overslept there , but the location is great , breakfast and facilities as well.
Location
The elevator was out for the three days we were there. My husband had loaded the cart before we knew, so he tried to bring it up the three landing steps before bringing it inside to carry everything up a flight of stairs. The room had a strange smell. And the furniture was stiff and uncomfortable. The WiFi also kept going in and out.
It was clean, a good location and our room was a very good location for us. Good breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They only clean the room after 3 days, we were not told this when we checked in. The pillows needed to be replaced, not very comfortable

They don’t have extra pillows so when you have flat pillows on bed it’s hard to sleep with only one pillow. The sheets that were already on the couch bed were questionable if clean and no blanket was provided for that bed. The breakfast wasn’t the best as in overcooked.
