This place was horrible and the owner refused a refund after being to our room for 1 minute. DO NOT STAY HERE!

When we walked in it stunk. The water on the lobby was not filled. The lady was checking me in and was on the phone the whole time about the tv and internet not working. While she was checking me in, talking to someone on the phone about the tv and internet, someone came to the lobby with an ankle monitor on and she was tending to all three of us at the same time. (Ankle monitor lady/dude was having issues with her tv and internet…

We go to our room. The floor in the elevator was disgusting. The beds are sagging in. There are stains on the floor that the owner says is just the flooring. Literally a big pink stain and some black stains on the floor…. Then we find some of what looked like bodily fluids on the furniture. We left immediately and the owner refused to refund my money. Will be following up with my credit card company. Overall horrible experience.

We went to home 2 suites and the place was clean, great vibes, and everything was amazing over there.

Would not recommend this place to a single person unless you want to leave with an std or murdered of some sort.

Ferry at the FRONT DESK IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! He is definitely 1 of a kind. He is always friendly & smiling! He makes stay worth while. I can't say enough about Ferry. He deserves a raise for sure. He is our favorite by far. And just his friendliness alone makes the stay at comfort inn beyond exceptional!! I wish nothing but amazing things for Ferry! Hes amazing!

Cons:

We got a noise complaint at 7pm for running a small little vacuum in our room. Due to my kids spilling something. And the people below us called the front desk. Which is hilarious because come on now, you're in a hotel. There is bound to be noise. Some of the people that stay there are horrible. But once again Ferry is very understanding and realized that we weren't making alot of noise. The people were just being KARENS.

Top marks except the breakfast
Pros:

Attention to detail- everything looked and worked magnificently. Extremely clean, neat, and tidy. Whoever is in charge of appearance and tastefulness should get an award for this hotel.
Breakfast guy was very friendly.

Cons:

Sad that the breakfast isn’t as perfect as the rest of the hotel. Poor quality sliced bread, weak coffee in the room and breakfast area, same hot offerings every day (I was there six days). At least the yogurt and orange juice were decent.
