Pros:

It was nice calm it was kept clean

Cons:

Only 1 of my keys worked I kept getting it fixed but it never got resolved and the front desk guy just kept giving attitude

I have a service dog and a ESA cat and was treated well checking in with them.

Cons:

The hot water for breakfast was less than Luke warm, and no tea selection except black tea.
