Overall, a very good stay
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet for the most part (our overhead neighbors did not step lightly and got up frequently throughout the night). We requested an accessible room and were pleased to have a truly ADA accessible room/bathroom. Breakfasts were consistent with enough choices to get some variety over several days. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Cons:

The bed was a bit firmer than we typically use, but I realize mattress choice is very individualized, and hotels have to install what will hold up over time. I did wake up stiff in the mornings. The only other issue was that the sofa was pretty low to the ground for an accessible room. It was a bit difficult for people with bad knees and backs to rise from sitting there.
