Overall was a bad experience and the advertisement was deceiving online.
Pros:

The location was convenient to stores

Cons:

The room was very dirty. All the towels were visibly dirty and smelled unclean. This was so bad we had to go to target to buy our own. There were cigarette burn marks on the bed runner. The room smelled of aftershave. It didn’t look or feel clean inside the room. The chair in the room was dirty and had stains on it. The shower had missing and broken tiles on the floor. The caulking in the restroom looked to have black mold on it. The toilet paper provided was already half used and there was no hand soap provided. We went and bought our own soap as well. The elevator to the rooms was also very dirty and smelled extremely bad. There was also no extra towels or room service provided. The coffee maker along with the cups provided were in the bathroom which seemed very unhygienic. The bathroom door is a pocket door so the privacy was very minimal and the windows to the outside walkway are single paned and you could hear everything outside.

Worst day in Pasadena
Pros:

I will be honest I didn’t like anything about the property. The pictures on the Internet were a total bunch of lies. The hotel did not even begin to look like that. Our room was absolutely terrible.

Cons:

When we booked it, we’re looking at the pictures and it looked very nice. However, when you get there, the pictures are totally all lies. All they give you is two more not regular size towels to take showers or dry off with you’ve got no face towels to no other towels. We even asked for extra towels because we were staying a couple days. They don’t have that for us either so we couldn’t get any kind of towels extra after we took a bath in one day.

I don’t like that check in time is 5pm, that’s the most inconvenient and inconsiderate part of this property.

A Disappointing Experience
Pros:

There is nothing there to like!!!!

Cons:

First of all, this is not a hotel—it’s a motel, and I honestly feel misled by the way it was advertised.
As soon as I entered the room, there was a very strange smell. The bedsheets had visible stains, and the overall environment felt sketchy and uncomfortable. The property may look nice and even fancy in the advertised photos, but once you arrive, the reality is completely different.
I honestly did not feel safe staying there. I stayed for one night and left early the next morning. There was a lot of foot traffic, with people constantly coming and going, and it was extremely noisy. The rooms have very poor sound insulation—you can hear almost everything. When someone opens the door to their room, it sounds like they’re opening the door to yours.
Overall, I had a very uncomfortable experience and would not recommend staying here. I strongly suggest looking at recent guest photos and reviews before booking.

Pros:

I liked the location on the main road of Pasadena. The room seemed clean, and I didn't see any pests like others have complained about. The staff were very kind.

Cons:

The furniture in the room seemed very old, with noisy box spring beds. The room was lacking in number of amenities. For example, it would have bee better to have 2 chairs instead of one, 2 hand towels instead of 1 and 4 bath towels instead of 2. The A/C also had a mildewy smell, so maybe the filter needs to be cleaned.
