Pros:

That the front desk seems good enough to help me with my refund.

Cons:

I arrived at the property and the actual condition is significantly different from what was advertised. I didn’t feel comfortable to stay.

The building is a run down property, with no sense of security or comfort. Convenient but alot of red flags to take into consideration before booking. Great staff but hotel isn't stay worthy.

Pros:

Left before the office was even open, I paid extra for a deluxe room, based on how the pictures looked online….it was horrible before we even went into the room, there were obvious drugged out vagrants doing weird shit all over the parking lot, didn’t know what our car would look like or even be there in the morning. Then there were similar characters, stooping in front of their hotel doors on every floor, doing similar activities as the vagrants in the parking lot, then we got into our room……it was dirty and dingy, looked like the people remodeling the room quit half way through and that’s how it was left, seems in the walls were covered with duct tape that was half falling off, they provide no wash cloths. Beware this place is not as advertised
