This was such a beautiful location! The breakfast baskets were very sweet, but it would have been nice if they were included within the price of the room.
The swimming pool was closed which was a shame

Self checkin went smoothly. Texted with staff for questions and responses were immediate. Let me park car on checkout day until 4 pm which made our last day easier.

The location to shops, restaurants, beach and the Aquarium was perfect and were only steps away. Having the beach nearby made for nice ocean sounds at night and we had a tiny bit of an ocean view. The location was quiet and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. They also have kiosk where you can talk live with a staff member 24/7 which i thought was interesting. Early in the morning before the office opened, we needed more towels and my husband used this kiosk staff. They told him where the towels were located and that he was able to take what how many he needed. It was very different haha! We like the electric fireplace and it warmed the room up quick.
When I looked online, the pictures seemed to be better than the actual room. The room was much smaller. You can tell this was an older hotel thats been updated. The halls seemed dark and the walls were thin. The balcony was tiny. The bed was ok. The water pressure in the shower was not good and there were short pieces of hair on the mirror and wall near the sink in the bathroom that were definitelynot ours. I was a little nervous about the fact that there was a biking/walking/running/walking path that had access to our parking lot because all I could think was someone could break into our car very easily and continue on that path in either direction. This hotel is directly behind other buildings (with the path in between it) so our view was mostly of the backside of the buildings.
