Pros:

I was treated unfairly by this hotel under circumstances beyond my control. Yor hotel exists for customer service, not to steal from them. I warned you about the dispute. This hotel and Booking .com should be ashamed. I will be contacting Wyndham Corporate and filing a formal complaint. You had a chance to make it right and blew it.

This hotel is under renovation but there are some issues that need to addressed.
Pros:

Quiet. Has new carpet.

Cons:

No elevators? Parking lot is a mess. Road bringing you into parking lot has DEEP potholes. Bathroom has no ventilation meaning no fan. Had a flying bug of some sort in bed during middle of night.

I was afraid to eat breakfast bc the hotel was so rundown. The doors didn't look safe and there were groups of people drinking and smoking right outside our windows.

It was nothing like the photos. Motel looks nice on photos but once you get there and check in its about a 1 star motel. Smells sour rooms poorly painted door nob in bathroom was falling off as soon as I got to room. Room 207 to be exact. Paint peeling off walls in bathroom. I even took pre inspection photos just in case they kept my deposit which Im still waiting on to show up on my credit card.

Everything. Horrible smell when you walked into the main lobby. Almost like to much cleaning chemicals and mold mixed together. I think the cleaning staff just goes through the motions and doesn't care about the overall cleanliness of the place.

This hotel is ok. It meets your needs if you just need a place to stay .

The location worked well for us. This hotel is ok. It meets your needs if you just need a place to stay . Breakfast is not that great. Just waffles and cereal. No protein just carbs. Could use some sausage or eggs. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. A bit pricey for just the basics but it met our needs.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better. You need some protein. Powered eggs are not that hard to make. You need to post your charge for dogs so guests can plan. It says may be a charge but the cost is not listed. $25 a night is a bit much.
