La chambre était spacieuse et très bien équipée. Lit confortable et endroit paisible.

Cons:

Sur la télé de la chambre on montre les petits-déjeuners avec de très belles images et un grand choix offert: croissants, muffins et bien d'autres choses. La vérité est qu'il n'y en a pas. C'est un déjeuner continental typique. Le lieu est tellement achalandé que se servir devient compliqué et il y a beaucoup d'attente. Il n'y a qu'un seul grille-pain du genre à introduire votre pain sur une chaîne qui prend un temps fou à rôtir le pain. De plus, le pain est du pain à sandwich carré. Pas de pain de ménage. Que du pain blanc. Le coin café, ce sont des thermos dont nous devons pompé le café et non un bec verseur. lors de notre deuxième matin, une employé est venue se servir un café et à monopolisé tout le comptoir à café. Parlant de la propreté des lieux, nous devions entrer par le bloc A de l'hôtel. À notre arrivée le dimanche il y avait la poubelle extérieure à côté de la porte d'entrée qui débordait. Elle n'a été vidée que le mardi matin. Le sol était jonché de déchet. Le personnel ne s'avance pas pour nous parler français. Ils sont unilingues Anglais.

Le sofa n’était pas prêt pour les enfants et il manquait le nécessaire pour le lit.
Le matelas du sofa est plus que usagé
Les photos de la chambre ne correspondait pas à la chambre dans laquelle nous avons dormi.
