A bit run-down, but serviceable and clean
Pros:

The pool is large and was mostly empty for the 2 hours I used it. The room was quiet - i didn't even hear people passing the room in the hallway.

Cons:

Rooms are a little dated and could use upgrading. The mattress is particular caused some back pain. My room's view was a parking lot and a cement wall.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very cozy. The breakfast was delicious and exceptional. I will definitely be back.
The price was great for high quality service.

Cons:

I would have liked a hot tub or jacuzzi but not a deal breaker.

There was a hockey group parents and young boys near 10 years or so and they were noisy and playing in the halls outside the rooms till near 10pm and the parents did nothing to stop it rather they sat and talked in the dinning area rather than watching out for the kids.
