Great stay overall. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and having a full kitchen was a big plus. It made the stay much more convenient. The hotel also has excellent facilities, which added to the overall experience.
The only downside was the breakfast. While there was a good selection, some items were not restocked during the breakfast hours, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, it was still a very pleasant stay and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The room is well equipped
The breakfast and the heating which was so low and the room was cold at the first night when I arrived, which à techician had to come the following day to fix it .

Worst experience yet no pool no ice breakfast was garbage rooms was dirty was there for 21 days asked they each day for ether coffee towels or soap they don’t care about clients manager also refused to give any compensation told me to check out and go elsewhere if I did not like it
I did not like the way the receptionist kept me holding for checkout. I had to wait 15 minutes at the desk for checkout until finally someone showed up.

Only thing missing outdoor hot tub
My granddaughter and I love staying in this area! This was our first time staying at this hotel which is a five minute drive to the "Go Train" into Toronto. It is only 3km from Oakville on the Lakes area, a great location to visit as well. The staff were very good, the room was clean, parking was free and the breakfast was included in the cost of staying. I would definitely stay here again.
