Well worth the price!
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast! Left esrly to catch a flight.

Cons:

Tub was very slippery, I'm old so couldn't use it. Also, there were no grab rails so really not safe for me. Light in the bathroom was only about half bright.

Bed was clean but overall room and bathroom was not looked after
Pros:

Bed and pillows were very comfortable price was fair for off season

Carpet had large stain area, used coffee grounds were left in the coffee machine, tile very dirty in the shower

Pros:

The manager went out of his way to accommodate us. The original kitchenette room fan wasn’t working so they upgraded us to a lake view suite and gave us the hotplate we needed. Great service. The building is old, but we love it for the excellent customer service and value.

the staff seemed nice

Cons:

there were bugs, someone opened our hotel rooms door at 1am & because of the lock wasnt able to open it fully which slammed the door back shut waking us up & we heard whoever it was close a door nearby. It was quite scary, ontop of the bugs, my mattress had brown stains, the overall building was pretty ran down, the koi pond had dead kois floating in it. really disappointed.

Pros:

The towels

Cons:

1. The place has no heating. The tiny heater they provided was useless.
2. Check in and out time are timed so that the customers cannot use the included hot spring pool entrance. Also, the only reason why I chose the hotel was bec it includes the hot spring pool entrance. Yet, the hotel didn't mention that the hot spring pool was shut down for maintainence during my stay there.
3. The place is so run down. The carpet has stains on them.

This place should not be in business. The pictures are deceiving. Not providing heat during the winter is unacceptable.

Great stay and comfortable.
Pros:

Nice. Comfortable bed nice view. Staff was pleasant. It was clean. Definitely would go back if in the area.

Cons:

Old cupboards in room. Grout in bathroom stained. But clean and would go back.

Short and …. Reasonable price
Pros:

The price and proximity to the event I was attending.?The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft

Cons:

Air conditioner was attached to window and wall with scrap metal and sticks, it leaked water all over the carpet making it a stinky sticky puddle the covered half the floor.
The paint was hanging from the ceiling in shower that it looked like something from a horror movie. I was too grossed out to use the shower
