Great location. Needs a reno!
Pros:

The location is great and it's nice to have underground parking. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The parking lot was filthy. The third floor main area had no baseboards and peeling wallpaper. Other guests I ran into said the place felt like a "catfish" because the photos online did not match our experience. The AC unit in the room was barely attached using a piece of metal edging.

Could come again if hotel infrastructure is fixed and rooms are well kept. Lobbies needs work done.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good.
Price with Breakfast included exceeded our stay in the hotel.

Cons:

The shower curtain was not clean
Phone in the room was not working at all. My husband had to keep going down in person to the front desk for everything.
The duvet was stained n bad, was really dirty. Asked for a new one n got it. Not enough towels. No bath floor towel.mat which was very slippery to get out of the high bathtub.

Very disappointed
Pros:

The staff were friendly.
Location to the Bands on the Beach event was great.
Like that the property is renovating to make better.

Cons:

The room was too warm...AC didn't work...windows were taped shut. Found a little debris on the bathroom floor. Carpet was quite dirty. Had to call to get a hair dryer.
Don't feel the cost should have stayed the same for how poor the facilities are.. Were told breakfast was included but wasn't told anything.
I may not stay here again.

Cons:

The hotel room was grungy and we felt like we needed to shower after sitting on the couch.
Our socks were filthy after taking our shoes off for 5 minutes.
The room looked very different from the picture and it seemed clear that it hadn't been cleaned properly.

Needs a lot of work!
Pros:

I know that it was under renovation, however our PowerPoints didn’t work properly and when you have a partner that requires a CPAP machine then this is a problem. There were apologises for the renovations and I believe due to no air conditioning in the room die to this and no restaurant is he price was a bit steep.

Fresh painted room, but the filthy bathroom and rundown, foul-smelling property were unacceptable.
Pros:

Easy check in experience and was offered complimentary parking

Cons:

The property is in shambles and looks like they’re trying to up grade things but they should start with a complete new build.
