Harrison Lake Hotel

Under renovation, so the lobby area was quite unappealing and dusty. Parkade had garbage everywhere scattered on the ground, along with a pile of old furniture. Carpets dirty In the hallways, covered in hair and stains. AC worked on and off but not consistently. Lamp shade beside the bed did not work. Sink faucet had pressure issues.

The room was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY hot. There was a portable AC unit. I had to ask for an extra fan. Which made it very noisy in the room The hallway carpets were stained and did not look good. There were ants in the bathroom. The tub was cracked. The toilet made a loud whilstling noise after every flush. The reception desk people weren't very welcoming. The beds were very hard and not comfy.

Мебель вся очень старая, некоторые окна были настолько грязные, что даже не просматривались. В двух окнах отсутствует стекло и они были закрыты просто куском картона. По нашей просьбе, сотрудник отеля, нам поменял его на другой, немного дешевле. Этот номер был не намного
лучше. Но мы решили уже остаться там. Сами вытерли везде пыль, и застелили диван своим покрывалом, чтоб на нем можно было сидеть.
Это самый худший отель в котором мы были. 😭

Poor cleanliness, waited over 5 hours for a sheet set on a bed missing all bedding. Room was falling apart. Front desk was not organized at all. Requested things many times for them to never happen. Didn't get the room I booked and confirmed 4 times to make sure it was right and it wasn't. Front desk didn't doo anything and said well we are full and that's all. Not polite at all. Would never stay here again. It's filthy and horrible service

This hotel is severely dilapidated. The pictures do not match. There is severe water damage in the hallways mould in the bathrooms, countertops falling off you get what you pay for it is disgusting.

Days prior to my arrival I’ve confirmed with the location if the room will have a stove or kitchen to cook meals. Which a lady had confirmed this so when we got to the room there was nothing but a coffee maker & microwave and I had a cooler full of food which I had to throw away due to being past 2 days now.

This hotel is deeply concerning and should not be allowed to operate given the alarming sanitary and health conditions. During our stay, the bathroom was in a terrible state: the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the shower tiles were really dirty, and the shower sill was completely covered in mold. We also found spiders on the windows, which showed a clear lack of basic cleanliness.
Beyond the rooms, the building itself felt unsafe—the elevator cable made a loud, unsettling noise every time it started to move, and the garage was completely overflowing with garbage. Management needs to address these serious maintenance and hygiene issues immediately. I strongly advise looking elsewhere until proper health and safety standards are met.

Requested earlier check in, did not get checked in until half an hour later than official check in. Was then sent to a room that was not made up. No apology, no small offer to make amends. Didn’t end up checking in until close to 5pm.
Rolled up carpets and debris laying around.
Signage to rooms inadequate.

Where to start? The hotel hallways have a stale, foul odor. The floors are filthy, I saw numerous stains on the hallway carpets and a couple were 'yellow and fresh'. Big stain on the carpet in my room. I kept my sandals on at all times. Bird poop on MANY of the room windows. This hotel has a huge problem with swallows. The shower/bath handle was falling off; I actually had to put it back together as best I could to turn the shower on. There was a gapping hole in the ceiling where the fan is, no cover, just a hole. The blow dryer didnt work. The entrance area into the hotel, from the underground parking, was absolutely filthy and there was an overflowing garbage can right at the entry hall where guests must go to take the elevator. I have photos of most of what I've described. In my opinion, this hotel needs a thorough health and safety check. I will NOT be staying there ever again!!

Zum Teil renovierungsbedürftige muffige Zimmer. Schimmel im Bad. Wasser lief mal gut mal weniger.
