Nothing
Everything - room was filled with bugs and dust. Had bugs on our clean towels, spiders everywhere as well. Room was filthy.
Room was falling apart, mold, ceiling was coming down, fan super loud, water damage
The location of Harrison Lake Hotel is excellent — truly one of its best features. The staff are very kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay more pleasant.
The building itself could definitely benefit from renovations, as it feels a bit outdated. However, it’s clear that the team makes a real effort to keep everything clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated.
Nothing
Washroom are not cleans and drain system blocked
Staff was great, room was great
DO NOT GO to this creepy, dirty, smelly hotel. I booked this hotel for 2 nights and paid extra to include breakfast. when we got to the room we saw how smelly and drity the room was. there were hair on both beds, washroom fan broke, heater was out of service. floor was dirty as hell.
The next morning we went for breakfast and man it was only tea, one butter, few apples and toasts that's is all.
The guy was in charge of looking at you not to eat too much. he picture of breakfast showing a nice egg and bacon but all misrepresentation.
we only stayed one night and left right after breakfast.
Location
Staff tried to give me a small room facing a wall even though I booked a double queen room with lake view.

The hotel never have water machine. The hotel is running down it need to be better. Up on arrival it takes me half hour to be checked in you cannot have one person working at the desk with this long line

Do. NOT. Stay! I think my photos will speak for themselves, but I can't stress enough how decrepit and run down this property is. The exterior is crumbling, the decor is a 1970's/80's mismatch of whatever they could buy at auction from other hotels that went out of business. God forbid there's a fire in this place - I'm not sure guests would make it out safely. How is the Health Dept even letting them stay open??? I think I dodged a bullet when I saw that there was no bed bugs though (which is why I gave them the 1 star). Very sad to see, as this location is a beautiful piece of BC that could be a world class tourist destination if they can find some billionaire to inject a fortune in to restoring this once pretty little town.
Perfect
The water damage, wall paper peeling off the walls and the bad drywall patches on the ceiling.
No breakfast
