Disappointed as we booked an executive room. Not what we expect. Little touches missing.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing. Very helpful.

Cons:

Very tired building. Garden could be lovely but lacked care. Advertised an evening meal but none available. This very much restrictions ed is as we travelled with a dog. Communal area and restaurant dark and dismal.

Donna is the only thing good about this place

Staff & location

Donna is an asset to this company.

On arrival, Donna was serving at both the bar and reception. With nothing short of excellent customer service, she went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble; she was never without a smile.

Cons:

The facilities I thought were very dated and in desperate need of a makeover. I thought £80 for an overnight stay in what I would call dirty conditions and the smell of cannabis throughout the 2nd floor was more than overpriced. I think half that price would still have been a generous offer.

As it is by a busy road would be helpful if the windows were properly insulated

Good car parking, clean bed, bathroom ok,

Cons:

The hotel looks very run down, decor poor, cobwebs in the room, which was supposed to be superior, marks over the walls, lift was not clean, will not be going again.
