Worst hotel experience ever had.
Pros:

The bed wasn't too bad. But was two singles pushed together with a slope.

Also enjoyed..Leaving.

Cons:

The four homeless looking people drinking from cans of beer in the outer reception upon arrival.
The receptionist upon arrival. Not welcomed in anyway. Surely attitude. Scruffily dressed with BO stains and smelled.
Told us no longer FREE parking now we had to pay so had to move the car out onto the road.
In the room found an old pair of socks.
NO hot water!
No hair dryer.
Bulbs missing from some lamps so my lady couldn't get ready with no hot water and no lighting.
Room was very battered with filthy windows.
Receptionist came to check lack of hot water. Same horrible unfriendly attitude, left and didn't hear from him again about the hair dryer or the cold water!!
Refused to take the socks that had been left in the room and just left them on the floor in the corridor.
Next morning still no hot water. When complained to manager on way out, another scruffily dressed young man, he also didn't care and didn't offer any solution or explanation for the lack of update on the hot water or anything else other than it's under maintenance as it's down.
Avoid at all costs!

Stay some where else. Price has gone up and not worth it.
Pros:

The location. They now charge extra for parking. The bed is comfy.

Cons:

It’s not clean. No bar any more. Staff can’t speak English.

Pros:

It was basic

Cons:

The reception was cold, the front desk wasn't helpful, wasn't told there was no bar or kitchen ,there for could have a snack or drink. When asked he kept saying no
No directions to the room had to ask a cleaner, no heating on in room had to that ourselves.
Can't complain for the price ,very basic

Cama, chuveiro e temperatura do quarto

Cons:

Ter um só empregado para atender na recepção e ao mesmo tempo servir o pequeno almoço.
A loiça que estava no quarto estava suja.
Não ser feita a limpeza do quarto diariamente.
Não trocam as toalhas de banho.
Não repõem o gel de banho e o shampoo.
Pequeno almoço péssimo, intragável, sem ter outra opção de escolha.
Os detergentes de limpeza estão no mesmo armário das canecas para tomar o café.

Pros:

Clean room with some nice toiletries.

Cons:

Cold room. No bar,no food apart from breakfast. The fire alarm went off twice at night.
