Perfect hotel for a week long stay with our kiddos. Excellent location and incredible staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was not only delicious, but the staff really made us feel like family. My 10 year old says breakfast was his favorite part of our vacation. The pool was clean and again, any staff we came across was extremely friendly.

Cons:

Not a single thing! We loved our time!

One of the worst experiences at a hotel I have ever had.
Pros:

Breakfast and night desk guy were amazing.

Cons:

When I pulled back the sheets to go to sleep, there was an overwhelming smell of urine. Upon further investigation there were pee stains all over bed. I have photos if needed. Also the carpet in the hallway was covered in stains as was the carpet in the first room. I also have photos of this. Even though the outside temperature was near 100, the front doors were constantly open making the first floor a sauna. Finally the ice machine was out of order. UGH!!

A good night's sleep, a fantastic hot breakfast(!) and a clean room to back to.
Pros:

The hotel is situated on the east approach to the Copper River bridge, at the intersection of Patriot's Point and W Coleman Blvd. It is centrally located and it is easy to get to any destination in Charleston/Mount Pleasant!

Cons:

I can't think of a thing that was negative about this hotel stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness, lighting and atmosphere of the hotel was very inviting. A great place!

great place and location, breakfast was a very poor experience!
Pros:

nothing went well! if there was any food it was sparce and luke warm!

Cons:

appeared to me that there needed to be more than one person keeping up with the food and the hotel staff should be getting their food before or after the guests have finished not in the middle of the morning rush!
