Comfy, quiet, easy check in and out, good breakfast, easy parking, and convenient
Pros:

Friendly check in , clean hotel and room, comfortable bed, quiet, close to where we needed to be

Cons:

There was one older lady in charge of breakfast area that was a little harsh when anyone asked her a question

Nice hotel for visiting area
Pros:

Great location and the queen room with sitting area was definitely worth a little more. Nice little pool

Cons:

The only issue that we had was: we never got our wakeup call in the morning for our tour in Charleston. It came at 7 PM instead! After telling front desk and asking for another the next morning, SAME ...never got one!
They need to have a better machine or system!

Discusting & gross experience!
Pros:

Not much in Room 108

Cons:

The entire toilet rocked side to side with every use. There was no grab rail in the shower and the bathtub was slippery , there was no “non slip” tub base. Surely, an accident waiting to happen!
In addition, the carpeting was damp as we walked barefoot and was it was soiled, gross! Our jackets left out overnight became damp to the touch, gross!
According to my husband, an electrician, the condensate a/c water and humidity were discharging back into the room. Disgusting, we couldn’t wait to evacuate that room !!

Easy to find, plenty parking, helpful staff. Would stay again
Pros:

Room was clean but could do with a little refresh, no complaints however.
Buffet breakfast was fine, plentiful and tasty.

Would have been nice to have real cutlery and crockery to eat with
