Relativ gute Lage
Alles ok
room and hotel location were good, breakfast was ok
Emplacement , prix
Hôtel un peu vieux à rénover
La personne qui s occupe du petit déjeuner est pas sympathique
I liked the front desk staff. I liked the location and the room except for the floors. The breakfast was good the first day but for the next two it was exactly the same except for day two when they ran out of most things saying the truck was coming that afternoon. The lady who was in charge of the kitchen gripped ALL the time and even rationed out the napkins.
The floors (carpets) were quite filthy, and the breakfast was the same each day and the last in charge of the kitchen was quite rude, even limiting the napkins.
This might have been one of the worst experiences I've had at a Comfort Inn.
The bathroom could be a little bigger. My shower did not drain while showering
Le calme.
Wifi ne fonctionnait pas sur mon Mac, bizarre sur tous les autres hôtels aucun pb.
The room have a smell of mold, I couldn’t sleep because of that , sticky floor
Friendly check in , clean hotel and room, comfortable bed, quiet, close to where we needed to be
There was one older lady in charge of breakfast area that was a little harsh when anyone asked her a question
breakfast was great, nice big suite, friendly people
Not much in Room 108
The entire toilet rocked side to side with every use. There was no grab rail in the shower and the bathtub was slippery , there was no “non slip” tub base. Surely, an accident waiting to happen!
In addition, the carpeting was damp as we walked barefoot and was it was soiled, gross! Our jackets left out overnight became damp to the touch, gross!
According to my husband, an electrician, the condensate a/c water and humidity were discharging back into the room. Disgusting, we couldn’t wait to evacuate that room !!
Great location and the queen room with sitting area was definitely worth a little more. Nice little pool
The only issue that we had was: we never got our wakeup call in the morning for our tour in Charleston. It came at 7 PM instead! After telling front desk and asking for another the next morning, SAME ...never got one!
They need to have a better machine or system!
