Booking a 3rd stay now. Great place to stay on a short trip and the staff is always helpful.
Pros:

This is our 2nd stay at this location. Very convenient to the mall and restaurants. Great breakfast in the morning with a good selection of eats.

Cons:

We had a suite with 1 king bed and a couch, but the couch was not a sleeper type couch. My son had to sleep the best way he could since he could not stretch out on the couch.

Pros:

We were just passing through and I'm always hesitant to book a hotel in an area I'm not familiar with. Especially traveling without my husband and with my kids. I felt safe in the parking lot and the hotel. And it was so very clean. The staff were so kind and knowledgeable. All in all it was a great stop.

A good choice!
Pros:

This Best Western has a lot going for it. Jonathan, the manager, is always at your service, as is the rest of the staff. The rooms are tasteful and clean. The breakfast is good. The price is reasonable. Thank you Best Western Fresno/ Shaw!

Great hotel
Pros:

We had a suit. It was quiet. The food was excellent and the coffee the best.

Ok Stay - Could be Better
Pros:

When we checked into our room we noticed the carpet was very wet in front of the closet. We informed the front desk and were upgraded to a suite. That was a nice gesture. The suite, however, felt cramped (too much furniture in small space) and the room was dark without much light but the biggest turn off was the fitted cover over the sofa and the arms of the chair. You just knew that couch was badly stained which was kind of gross. The mattress was a bit hard, too (sorry don’t mean to sound like Goldilocks and the Three Bears).

The coffee in the room was very weak. The breakfast room was also too small for the size of the hotel. Then when we went to leave in the morning we found sap all over the hood of our car from the trees that overhang the parking lot! Not a good tree to have in a parking lot where lots of cars will be parked!
