All in all, it was a comfortable stay. The gym was adequate for a short workout.
Pros:

Nolan the front desk clerk initially upgraded me to a suite. However, since it faced the busy street, I asked to move me to a quite room which he did promptly and it worked out fine.

Cons:

The air condition unit in the suite couldn't be adjusted. Fortunately, the temp control in the room that I slept in worked fine.

Booking a 3rd stay now. Great place to stay on a short trip and the staff is always helpful.
Pros:

This is our 2nd stay at this location. Very convenient to the mall and restaurants. Great breakfast in the morning with a good selection of eats.

Cons:

We had a suite with 1 king bed and a couch, but the couch was not a sleeper type couch. My son had to sleep the best way he could since he could not stretch out on the couch.

Pros:

We were just passing through and I'm always hesitant to book a hotel in an area I'm not familiar with. Especially traveling without my husband and with my kids. I felt safe in the parking lot and the hotel. And it was so very clean. The staff were so kind and knowledgeable. All in all it was a great stop.

A good choice!
Pros:

This Best Western has a lot going for it. Jonathan, the manager, is always at your service, as is the rest of the staff. The rooms are tasteful and clean. The breakfast is good. The price is reasonable. Thank you Best Western Fresno/ Shaw!
