There was a cart to haul our belongings. Housekeepers were nice and helpful.
A RAZOR BLADE was left on a banister/railing near breakfast area and my 2 yr old found it and almost injured himself. When I reported it to Manager, he was very unconcerned. A little while later I discovered charges on my credit card that we paid cash for at the front desk. They are continuously trying to charge my card and my son credit card. When I showed concern for this, the manager insisted that we check out at 11 am that morning and vacate the premises. So we were kicked out of hotel for expressing legitimate concerns by manager.
Dead bolt on doors didn't work. Room over all poor quality

Staff was rude once I went through booking.com. I was put in old part of hotel cause I didn't book through them. I wish it would of been as nice as others.
