Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean. Just steps away from the walkway to the ocean. I felt safe.

BEWARE! Make sure you have someone with you so you aren't accused of something you didn't say or do

The breakfast was edible. The ocean was great. TV didn't work more than it did.

Cons:

The staff was awful! I told the person who checked us in that our ocean view was blocked by the sand dune and she said it was because we booked through Booking.com! She said her manager left at 5 (which was check-in time) and she was in charge, but she would leave a note for her to contact us the next morning since she was not allowed to call her because the manager left already & was at the grocery store.
The manager called the next morning around 8 am (she went into voice mail). My husband & I went to the office to speak with Cindy (Mgr) later that morning and she lead the conversation with "I heard it got heated yesterday with raised voices." I told Cindy her employee raised her voice, we were only asking for the room we booked. Cindy then said she was told my husband told her employee that she did not know how to do her job! I told her my husband did not say that and wouldn't. Cindy said she would review the tape. It was clear that Cindy had no intention of being helpful, only confrontational. She said she would reach out to the owner when I told her I was over wanting a different room because of how we were being treated. I was shocked the employee had lied & that the Mgr was backing her up without evidence. My husband asked that the owner call him.
We were there 3 nights. We never heard back regarding resolution.
When we checked out, I mentioned we never heard from the Owner. Cindy came in & told me she didn't contact the Owner, she only contacted Torey Ossman (?) She said they had handled the situation correctly & continued to blame Booking.com! She also told me she had not looked at the tape. Truth was irrelevant to her. The employees work in a vacuum. The Owners don't know how they are mismanaging their property.

Disappointing accommodation that truly ruined my vacation and wasted a lot of money

Cons:

Almost everything. Room was dark and gloomy. No privacy as opening drapes was impossible as the rooms face a walkway. Needed a paint job. Continental breakfast was a collection of frozen stuff and lousy baked goods. Housekeeping was very lax and it was necessary for me to ask for clean towels. Very poor recommendations from Booking. I expected better since it had a good rating.

Für zwei Nächte okay,würde es aber nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Gute Lage direkt am Meer,im Pavillon kann man gut seinen Kaffe bei Sonnenaufgang trinken.

Cons:

Das Gebäude mir der Rezeption und Frühstücksraum braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Frühstück sehr einfach.
