The location, the payment policy, the condition of the place. My sister and I booked this room because we were on our way to New Orleans and wanted to stop by and check out some Memphis points of interest. We walked in and he informed me that it was cash only and suggested I use the atm for cash. I informed him I only had a credit card and couldn’t complete the stay. After I left they still attempted to charge my card.

As far as the location: it’s terrible, druggies all over the place. We were glad that we were unable to stay due to the cash policy.

The man who is the manager or owner is very rude.. I wanted to extend my stay he said no because I had a dog and they don't rent past 2 days with a dog.. I said they said pet friendly he I don't care this is my location.. animals only can stay 2days then y'all get out .

My dog didn't destroy anything and doesn't bark very well behaved ..
