Pros:

It was peaceful until Saturday morning I heard noise and I woke up, from outside my window, women and men arguing. The women looked like prostitutes and the man looked like he was their pimp. There was a rude Indian man yelling that he does not take orders from anyone. He was very rude to a paying customer. They had no phone service in the room. Even though I had my own phone. But what if I was having a heart attack. Ect. My cover had cigarettes holds in the blanket and I don't even smoke. What a waste of money. There was no ironing board or iron in the room either. Even though they paid for the establishment does not mean they get a pass on mistreating black customers or any other Americans. My money is green too. They need to check their attitudes, I have a problem with these establishments when they don't want to give you a receipt after you have paid. Put the right dates and time that I booked the motel. Oh they had no elevators either and there place was not clean on the inside water damage and tile damage. My room was large enough.there was water damage on the ceiling. I did complain about it. I even ask could I have my room changed and was denied. It.dend the health depArment to check them out.

Cons:

The fact that did not have a ironing board or iron in my room. They had no phone service in my room at all. What if I had a heart attack or etc. My f as daughter called the front desk for them to do a wellness check on me.never

The staff was rude and unkind. Property doesn't feel safe to stay.
Pros:

I will say the vending machines onsite and extra lighting over parking lot. Also the furniture and the idea of new property.

Cons:

Under renovation and the atmosphere isn't pleasing. I do commend the property on extra lighting towards parking lot and vending machines onsite. It just an old creepy hotel and needs remodeling and staff that isn't creepy.. The couch in the room is old and unsanitary just below average rating.

Decent stay
Pros:

It was honestly better than anticipated. We were comfortable and enjoyed the stay along with the full size fridge and microwave. The cable was decent a little fuzzy but quality channels. I also love the fact that they surveillance cameras.

Cons:

Bathroom could have been cleaner I was also a little worried someone wld break in my car but no one did

Excellent stay clean room and quiet
Pros:

The room was clean.The room was well prepared for my stay.Parking lot was my only issue had a lot of potholes.Other than that, it was very good.Stay for the money
