Très bon buffet du déjeuner belle vue sur le lac et possibilité de place de parc devant l’hôtel gratuitement ! Possibilité de charger la voiture sur place. Plusieurs possibilités pour faire du vélo soit des cols ou autour du lac très sympa aussi

Hôtel qui fait honneur à l'hôtellerie italienne dans un cadre idyllique anti-stress.
Pros:

Le professionnalisme et l'amabilité du personnel.
La situation en bordure du lac d'Orta. La proximité des îles Borromées. L'équipement et la propreté de la chambre. Le charme du chemin piétonnier en bord de lac immédiatement à côté de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Le parking spacieux. La ruralité du site. La vue très belle et le silence. Le spa. L'information de l'absence d'ascenseur pour accéder à la chambre donnée par l'hôtel plusieurs jours avant l'arrivée. La qualité italienne de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration. La signalisation de l'hôtel sur la route.

Cons:

La salle de bain étroite mais complète en équipements. Elle surprend au début mais on finit par s'y habituer. Compensée par la grandeur de la chambre avec terrasse sur le lac.

Ça doit être un jour de pas de chance
Pros:

L’emplacement

Cons:

On ne met pas des gens de + de 70 ans au deuxième étage, sans ascenseur sans leur porter leur bagages.
Repas service chaotique enfin obligé de vérifier la note qui n’était pas bonne a leur avantage
On peut quand même pas payer le repas des autres, mauvaise transmission, etc.
